Amazing Airbnb, was my 3rd stay! Very clean and comfortable. My go to place when I’m in LA!

My family of 4 absolutely loved staying here for the four nights. It was super clean, extremely well stocked, and comfortable. Not to mention the pool and jacuzzi, the view and the peace and quiet! We would without hesitation book here again! Camille was so nice and communicative we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

We had a great second stay at Cheryl’s place! She is very accommodating, truly hospitable, and she went out of her way to make our stay excellent. She is so helpful, flexible and kind. It’s an immensely comfortable suite, with everything you need. Would definitely book any time we’re passing through the area again! Thank you!

I have stayed at May's place several times. I think I lost count. Haha! It's a convenient location with stores, cafes and gas stations. It is also next to the 210 and 15 which makes it easy to access to several directions of Southern California. Every time I have stayed, the studio is clean with fresh towels and sheets. The bed is so comfy. I always enjoy staying at May's place.

Our stay at the guest house was outstanding and our hosts, Paul & Candice were excellent hosts. We really appreciated the detailed instructions for gaining access to the property and a book full of instructions for how everything worked. The guest house was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our needs. The location was perfect with Larchmont Village being a block away. Being dog lovers, our daily visit from their dog, Sophia, was something we looked forward to. I would not hesitate staying here again.

This was a great place to stay in a convenient location. David is such a sweetheart. It smelled so clean when I arrived. I loved the backyard area. It was so peaceful to sit out there. I also loved the bathroom lightening and shower. It is near LAX so there is some noise from the overhead planes but the location is helpful for the area. Take caution in this neighborhood at night.

Great area. Safe, pretty neighborhood. Convenient to area attractions while being out of the city. Kitchenette equipped enough to make simple meals. Many sleeping options for families. Good home base for exploring LA. Thank you!

First time in california and felt right at home. There’s so much to do around the area and we visited LA frequently throughout our stay. Sarah was super sweet and friendly, she let us drop off our luggage earlier than our check in time and gave us a mini tour of the beautiful guesthouse along with its amenities. We felt super comfortable and right at home. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Carol’s airbnb is fantastic. My partner and I needed a place to stay in as we were attending an event in the area. With all the amenities, comfort, and things that Carol provide’s in the space, we wish we would have more time to relax in the Airbnb! Would recommend to anyone and will look forward to staying here again.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

I must say that this place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! I would ever go as far as to say the pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was an absolute beauty, with a huge hot tub deck complete with a covered outside bar with a grill and room for 10+ guests. The guest itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit. I would most definitely recommend staying here and will be booking a stay here again. Thank you Tracy for your near-immediate responses, welcoming hospitality, and quaint accommodations!

What a fantastic place to stay, enjoyed everything about the studio. I was able to do some work as it's quiet and private, the street is fabulous to walk, kitchen is great to cook in, I found relaxing nooks around the studio to read and relax in. This place is not your average Airbnb, it's well taken care of with the little attention to detail. Thanks Karen! Will be back definitely, love to Lee ❤️

Kim’s Champagne Retreat was probably the BEST Airbnb I’ve stayed in the past 5 yrs..very roomy..clean..the King size bed was amazing and the shower was awesome..amenities were excellent and surrounding neighborhood was QUIET..I was familiar with Upland considering I lived herbal in the late 90’s.. even though I did not meet or see Kim just the appearance and the condition of her guest house said a lot about how she is as a host..I highly recommend her retreat..already gave recommendations to others ..thank you Kim!!

It was the perfect place for my mom, my sister and I. It had everything you will need. The place is private and quiet, there was a lot of parking in the street. We were able to cook and everything works. They provided you with some food like coffee ☕️ and super nice decorated.

This spot was just what I needed for this trip! Leticia was very good at communicating for check in and made it known I could easily contact her if there was any issues. The accomodation was lovely, comfortable and felt very homely. I was very happy with this stay and I’ll happily stay here again. Leticia and her husband are gorgeous and their puppies are the cutest! Perfect in every way. This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever. Clean, quiet, private, and situated in beautiful surroundings. And gracious and responsive hosts who have provided all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Faisal's attention to detail in his property is rare, in our experience, and very much appreciated.

I had a great stay at Jana's place with my 5 year old toddler. We had minor issue with wrong keypad during checkin. But Jana was responsive and we figured it out. The house is small, quite, clean and cozy. Kitchen had good amenities for light meal preps. The outdoor garden is beautiful. Jana was sweet to add a small step stool for my daughter and also gave us some toys for her to play with. My daughter was excited and noticed the small details.

Definitely will be staying here next time! Neighbor is quiet so we can get a peaceful rest after a long day. The host is proactive and very kind. It’s a plus that we have a designated parking space so we don’t have to find street parking as well. It’s 30 mins to la or disneyland. Overall a great place.

Beautiful location! The neighborhood is just peaceful and lovely! John and his family were so informative, kind, responsive. The suite was perfect, loved having the kitchen area. Everything was sparkling clean. The space is bigger than the pictures show which was great. We had a great 3 night stay no issues. Will be back here when we are in the area again. So many restaurants to try within such short distance.

This spot is really gorgeous, and there’s lots of nice stuff within walking distance. A real gem.

The house was exactly as described & a great place to stay for the week for us as it was centrally located to many attractions in the LA area. It was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed for our stay. Highly recommend!
