I can only heartily recommend this place. We booked for almost one week and had an extremely pleasant and relaxing stay. The cabin is really private and is super clean. The deck was great for sunbathing and resting. A perfect base to stay at for exploring the surrounding area (Yosemite, Oakhurst, Mariposa, ...) while you can unwind in your private place. Amazing Airbnb!

This was our second stay with Guy and Nancy. This is a great place to stay when catching an act at Pappy and Harriett's, checking out Pioneertown, or exploring the Joshua Tree area. Clean and well appointed for a short stay. This is definitely at the top of our list of places to stay in the area!

If you are looking for something rustic, in a private and secluded area, surrounded by nature - this is it. Enjoyed our one night there. One of the more interesting places we’ve stayed at.

Madonna is a very gracious host and the house is brand new. If you are touring the northern Napa valley- this is a great place to stay as it is close to St Helena and Calistoga.

We lucked out when Wolf accommodated us for a very last minute stay. His place is a beautiful oasis in the woods. Would recommend it to anyone!

I've always wanted to see a show at Pappy and Harriet's and stay within walking distance. My wish came true and this little place was perfect! I brought a tiny lantern but Guy provided a flashlight, too. This place was across from Red Dog Saloon, and we were able to get some late night food after Pappy' s stopped serving. The entrance to this property is around back, not facing Red Dog. So it was quiet and peaceful. Comfy bed, nice shower, ceiling fan...we didnt make coffee or use the microwave or TV, but how nice that they were available. Guy left some waters in the fridge and snacks in the room. I tried to book again for a few months out but it's taken on that date. if you see it available, grab it! This review is for the Sunset room. Although attached to the house, you have a private entrance and bathroom. The wifi was good and the ceiling fan and dimmable light was nice. I wish I spent more time hanging outside on the porch since the weather was so nice. Next time!

Great place for our one-night stay in Newberry. Very nice studio, very-well equipped and functional. Lots of small touches that are very nice. We used the bbq and outside table, and the terrasse as well. We highly recommend Rose and Ron's place.

This was my 2nd time at Wendy's cabin and it won't be my last! I stayed for 2+ weeks while working in the area. The private, peaceful setting was the perfect place to unwind after long days at work. Thanks to the local birds for their daily entertainment! Wendy & Charlie were terrific hosts and kept the general supplies as well as bird feeder & wood pile stocked-up. The cabin was super clean, cozy and equipped with everything I needed to feel comfortable while away from home. I also appreciated the easy access for unloading and loading all my field gear. Thanks again for hospitality and personal touches!

We were looking for a peaceful, private and cozy little cabin to relax in. Between the green hills, budding oak trees, large pond habitated by various types of birds, frogs and fish; we instantly knew we found what we were looking for. As for the cabin itself, it’s beautifully appointed. The fireplace made for very cozy evenings, and the bed we wanted to take home with us. (Seriously what kind of mattress is it?). We had everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom and otherwise. My kiddos were a bit upset with me for not bringing them along so I will be back with them. Thank you so much for a great mini-vacay!

Fantastic experience and host. Beautiful, quiet and very serene surroundings. Peaceful atmosphere and relaxing. A great place to be out in the country and reset. Easy and scenic drive to Pinnacles East entrance, approx 45 mins. Beautiful and charming home. Pics represent well. Very clean, great heater and plenty of hot water. Linens and towels all great condition, comfy and cozy. Beds allowed for a good nights sleep. Well stocked kitchen, house well supplied. You must bring in all your food. Plan to cook/grill. The charm of the ranch is its remoteness, so no nearby stores or restaurants. The tap water is filtered and tastes amazing. Mitch is a fantastic host & our stay on his ranch was an experience we won’t soon forget.

Don was fantastic, and the place was wonderful. We spent most of our time outside on the patio with a perfect view of Mount Hood, or inside in the theatre room. Great place and great host.

Brenda and Butch were very welcoming and helpful with directions. The property is beautiful and better than imagined. Spent lots of time relaxing, floating and swimming at the river. (Chevy Silverado 4x4 made the river access very easy.) We also loved fishing for bass in Brenda’s pond! The cabin had all the essentials. We were able to make wonderful meals on the bbq with a breathtaking view. A bald eagle frequented the valley and we held hope to see a bear, but only saw tracks. We really enjoyed our stay at Carley Ranch and we’ll be back! Thanks Brenda and Butch!

Absolutely loved our stay with Carly at the farm. It’s so beautiful and quiet. As the listing says they’re out in the country so bring your own food, but the kitchen is amazingly well equipped, the cabins are spotless and very nice, bathroom is also spotless and very nice. But oh my gosh the property… it’s so cool. Stunning rolling hills, more birds and bunnies and wildlife and stars than you can count, common areas are VERY cool like the game room and fire pit and saloon, and we were lucky enough to be there when the goats were being born. Carly and her family let us meet all the babies and it was such a special experience for our daughter who loves animals. Amazing stay, we will def be back. One of the coolest Airbnb experiences ever. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the Brown Barn! You can tell the care the owner, Rich, puts into the place. Our family loved the pool and foosball tables so much that we didn’t even turn on the TV’s. Beds are very comfy allowing us to sleep great, and the bathroom has a heated floor which was a nice plus. The location is outstanding and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay! Trang was very responsive when we had an issue with the AC during the heat wave and we resolved the issue quickly. Plenty of space for our party of 10 and the beds were comfortable. We didn't have an issue with any bugs or lizards but it was fun to see them outside on the farm grounds. We were offered a farm tour and that was definitely a highlight of our stay. We enjoyed walking around the farm, seeing all the different fruit trees, and feeding some of the animals. Highly recommend the stay!

This was my second time staying at Mick’s bunkhouse. I extended a few times and ultimately couldn’t extend further due to a plumbing issue that required some significant work. Mick was always responsive and proactive in addressing the situation and providing alternatives. Mick was onsite even when sick trying to address the issue. He works very hard and takes a lot of pride in the space and it shows in how it is furnished and maintained. The bed continues to be one of the most comfortable I have had in an AirBnB with a great mattress, linens and pillows. The place is compact without being cramped and well furnished without being cluttered. The kitchen is workable with the small combo oven/microwave and portable cooktop. I regularly baked salmon and seared ribeye. Mick was always responsive to questions and feedback, including providing the rare utensils/amenities that helped improve the comfort and quality of my stay. Highly recommended!

The house was wonderful, perfect for a weekend getaway with a couple of people! There were lots of games to keep us entertained and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed

Paula, where do I even begin?! Your property is beautiful! The cake was absolutely delicious! We loved all of the decorations and attention to detail. We could not have asked for a better stay! I can’t wait to tell others about what a wonderful time we had. The only thing I wish is that we had more time there and that the weather was a little warmer to let us enjoy the pool. Magical stay at the bird ranch. Julie has thought of everything you’d need for a magnificent getaway. We enjoyed the pool, pizza oven, and backyard. The birds are delightful. Absolutely will come back (again, as this is our second time already)!

It was the perfect Valentines getaway for my fiancée and I. Place was really beautiful and peaceful. Felt right at home and made us consider getting one of our own. Would definitely recommend.

This house is so well put together. When you arrive it looks a bit old and alone in a field, but you open the door and it’s the most cozy, comfortable and quaint place I have stayed. It was wonderful because it’s so close to DIHP and away from traffic and noise. A bit dusty as you drive in but I would definitely stay here again. I arrived late at night and it’s very very dark, I called Carrie and immediately answered and helped me out. The house has everything you need and more. Well done!!

We had an awesome stay here for a bachelors party that was low key but very fun. It was beautiful outside and it was so spacious and really such an awesome place. Considering doing this a yearly things for the guys.
