Kid-friendly holiday rentals in West Coast of the United States

The place is spacious and modern with so many amenities. The view to the outside from several spots on the house is stunningly gorgeous. There is a long deck for relaxing outside and the sunsets are fabulous. Beaches are a short drive away. Everything was perfect. We felt welcomed and cared for in the way things were set up. We would stay here again!

I have stayed in a million Airbnbs over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The house was impeccable, pristine and so beautiful. The view is incredible. Sitting on the patio at night and watching the sunset or sitting in the hot tub under the stars was the best part of everyday. However, as incredible as the house was, April and her team were the real stars. They were so responsive to all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. I have never had such a responsive and caring host. I will be dreaming of coming back here as soon as I can! Book it, you will be so glad you did!

It was a lovely home with a lot of thought in design and artistic details. I appreciated the healthy/happy living indoor plants and loved the hot tub. Very quiet and so amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset from the deck!

This beautiful home was one of the best places I’ve stayed at, the house is clean and well supplied. The views are amazing. The jacuzzi hit the spot every time we came back from the ocean.

Incredible views and we enjoyed the well laid out property and attention to detail. The abundant seal population kept the kids entertained and we enjoyed the easy access from 101. Tip for those without 4wd or with low clearance/trailers, avoid Seawood Dr and go up one exit to Patricks Point Dr.

The Short Circuit house was fantastic! It was very clean, had an easy check in process and the host was very responsive! The house was close to the sites which was an added bonus! We were very excited to sleep in the house where a famous movie was filmed! We highly recommend this house to stay!

Tranquil- that’s the word that comes to mind to describe this place. Imagine flying four and half hours to the wrong airport (should’ve flown into Palm Springs) and then driving another two and half hours to this house. When we walked in, the first thing we noticed was the huge windows that open to the back patio/pool area. The soft music playing immediately set the tone for our stay. Regardless of what it took to get here- it was absolutely worth it!! Whatever questions I had- Nat and Lou answered extremely quickly. All we wanted to do was relax and be away, unplugged and that is exactly what we got with this place. From the bathrooms to the kitchen to the bedrooms, everything was clean and fresh. The backyard patio was something we enjoyed throughout the whole trip. Nothing like early morning in the pool before the June heat and again in the evening while BBQing on the grill. I see why this place had over 400 reviews and all five stars. Will absolutely return soon.

We loved staying at the Cottage! It was truly a retreat. The landscaping and setting was absolutely stunning and so relaxing. The space is comfortable and so cute. Tom and Judy are great hosts, so friendly and welcoming!

The pictures don't do this place justice, the beach is so beautiful and the sunset views are amazing! The condo was clean, the bed comfortable, and has such a beautiful view. The north shore is more wet and rainy so we lost some days to weather, but our last day was perfect! We watched all the skydivers land on the beach all day which was neat. Take note that there is no microwave, no dishwasher, and a shared community washer and dryer which already had clothes in it every time we tried to use it. We are not super high maintenance so we made due, but in case you need those things just be aware. Overall we had a lovely stay, and would 100% stay again!

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay! Very homely and excellent house. The flat was very well kept and properly cleaned before we checked in. Quick response from the owner and even had a parking spot for us which was very convenient. Stayed for 3 nights and worth the price we paid. Lovely view from the top. 👏👌

The EV charger made this stay much more enjoyable and the location was perfect for day trips to Boardman Scenic Corridor and all the amazing beaches, views and hiking. Soaking in the tub added to the spa like bathroom. While the garden unit is more studio like, the bath and kitchen are great. We spent 6 nights and look forward to a future return. A+ for the hosts extra touches like ground coffee and instant oatmeal that made the stay easier. The flowers and the views onto the sea stacks in Harris State park and early morning strolls on that beach made for a memorable stay. Loved the mocha at Kissing Rock Coffee in Gold Beach and did lots of beach walking.

We enjoyed staying here. It was perfect for what we needed and convenient to where we were going. Beatrice was delightful to communicate with. We would stay here again when in the area.

Gorgeous spot! The location is fabulous, close to fun restaurants and the harbor, but it still felt private. We would 100% stay here again!

Our stay at Leah's place was wonderful. The balcony overlooking the beach and ocean was the highlight. Being so close to all the restaurants in Nye Beach is also a huge benefit. This Airbnb was by far the most well-stocked unit I have ever stayed in. If you accidentally forget anything, you can bet that Leah has thought of it and you can find it there. Thank yiou so much for a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back!

This place was absolutely AMAZING! We came here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was clean, cozy, and chill. It’s a great location close to the beach and decently close to town provided you have means to transportation. Sharon communicated accurately, sent all of the info we needed ahead of time, and was quick to respond when we needed her. Couldn’t recommend this place more! We’d love to try to come back someday.

Melissa's place in Kapalua delivered exactly what was promised. The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful area of Maui, and the property matched the listing description completely. Melissa was excellent to work with - she responded quickly to messages and kept communication clear throughout our stay. Kapalua is an incredible spot on the island, and this rental gave us the ideal base to enjoy everything the area offers. We'd definitely book with Melissa again.

My husband and I stayed here for part 2 of our honeymoon trip. It was everything we could’ve asked for and more! Such a beautiful space and wonderful location!

Penny’s unit is pretty for a family of four (with kids). We felt like walking into the ocean the moment we opened the door. A welcome gift makes us special to her. We have everything we need inside the unit. Walk straight down to the beach. You don’t have to try to look for another beach. You need a car to get around but things are normally within an hour drive. Penny is always responsive and friendly. Will definitely consider Penny’s place when we visit next time .

Dianne’s oceanfront condo in Kaanapali is an absolute gem—hands down one of the most stunning vacation rentals we've experienced. The panoramic ocean views from both the living room and bedroom are nothing short of breathtaking, offering an immersive front-row seat to the Pacific. The space itself is immaculate and thoughtfully designed, blending elegant décor with ultimate comfort. It’s fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Falling asleep each night to the soothing sound of waves crashing just outside was pure serenity. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the local food truck yard, grocery store, and an array of fantastic restaurants. On top of all that, Dianne is a phenomenal host: responsive, accommodating, and truly committed to making your stay perfect. If you’re looking for the ultimate Kaanapali escape, this is it!!

Location is secluded from Rosarito beach which is nice. There is no other property around it on the beach. Pools are nice and clean.
