Close to the city center (4 km), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into an open field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, 2-burner ceramic stovetop, cabinets). Double bed (2 m x 1.60 m). The studio has air conditioning. For a toddler we have a baby crib. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). We pay a lot of attention to the environment: solar power, ProWindgas (green hydrogen), waste separation...

We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. Since 2018, we have been diligently renovating and refurbishing. Not everything is perfect yet, but the apartment has been furnished with love. A separate, closed area awaits you, which you can reach through a corresponding staircase. In our little "Sweet Home" there is a bedroom with TV, Wi-Fi, armchair and a shelf (clothes storage). From here you can enter the separate shower. The laundry area and toilet are separate.(In this room, the ceiling height is only 2 m) Our Sweet Home includes a small sitting area with coffee/tea bar and a hallway with a wardrobe.
