Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wels

Garsonka je malá, ale postačující. Vybavení (sprcha od vany, vařič) nejsou zrovna nejnovější, ale vše funguje, jak má. Hlavně se jedná o skvělou lokalitu jako výchozí bod pro výlety autem. Hostitel je velmi ochotný a dobře komunikuje i když není přítomen. Železnice se právě rekonstruuje,takže pozor,žádné vlaky tu teď nejezdí (květen 2025).

The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well furnished. It’s truly a home away from home, with a full bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a living room with a single bed. The layout can comfortably accommodate 4 people. More importantly, the apartment is within walking distance to all major attractions as well as numerous restaurants in the old town. The only drawback is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is no elevator, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues or carrying large bags. The host is warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful. He goes out of his way to accommodate us during our stay. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Salzburg.

David’s place is amazing. It has a terrace to a beautiful view. The apartment is spacious, clean and private. It has everything we need for staying. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

Great place to stay! It’s a charming apartment in an old building in a great location. Severin communicated everything in advance and stayed in touch throughout our visit. It’s easy to get to from the train station or the airport. We would definitely return if back in the area.

Fantastische Ferienwohnung, in wirklich allerbester Lage, auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war ausgezeichnet. Rundum sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, in ruhiger Umgebung.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und haben uns Mega wohl gefühlt! Alles innerhalb von Gmunden ist wunderbar zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Traunsee ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Michael was a gracious host and very responsive. From the first communication, he never disappointed and always responded quickly. He was also very helpful once we arrived with taxi help, etc. The apt was spotless and well appointed. But, the most important aspect of this apartment is the LOCATION. Within a few minutes walk of Old Town, we were in front of the Cathedral which is majestic. And in five minutes, you can walk to everything. Great location for popping back in to unload purchases or bathroom breaks. Old Town is gorgeous and this is where you want to be. If you are there on a Saturday, don't miss the farmer's market and try the sausages from the vendors. So authentic. I can't say enough about how wonderful Michael's place is. Again, location, location, location!!!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Lena. L'appartement est spacieux, moderne, lumineux et bien équipé. Les instructions d'arrivée sont claires. La proximité de la gare compense pour une certain éloignement de la vieille ville: il faut quinze minutes de marche pour y aller. Lena est une hôtesse hors pair. Il n'y a pas de lave-vinge dans l'appartement, mais elle offre de s'en occuper moyennant une légère contribution. Globalement je retournerais dans cet appart si je retournais à Salzbourg. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Radek’s place was very good, large, clean with all necessary amenities plus Wifi works well. There are few self contained apartments within the large villa located on the hill above the town centre. It is approx 8 minutes drive to get there and a free parking is available at the premises. We have enjoyed staying at Radek’s Villa and would certainly recommend to stay there to anyone preferably with own vehicle.

Snezana-Mile je úžasná hostiteľka, ktorá veľmi rýchlo reagovala na naše otázky (a bolo ich veľa 😊). Ubytovanie je v dedinke kúsok od Salzburgu, v peknom modernom dome. Je v tichom prostredí, veľmi čistý, pohodlný, kuchyňa je plne vybavená, a okrem klasického vybavenia nás potešili aj drobnosti - kávové (a čoko) kapsule, čaj, koreniny a podobne. V kúpelniach nechýbali všetky potrebné hygienické potreby. V izbách bol dostatok úložného priestoru. Potešili aj sieťky proti hmyzu v oknách. Naša 8-členná skupinka sa cítila veľmi príjemne a pohodlne. Do centra Salzburgu je to autobusom cca 20 minút, Snezana-Mile mám vybavila aj cestovné lístky. Ubytovanie v Au jednoznačne odporúčam, veľmi radi sa sem ešte niekedy vrátime. Snezana-Mile – ďakujeme veľmi pekne ♥

Our family of five loved our stay in Carolin Anne’s beautiful home in Hallstatt! The views from the house are fantastic, even better than the pictures. We found the house to be exactly as described and very comfortable. We had a rental car and found the walk from the suggested parking lot to be easy. Carolin Anne was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

My stay with my family of 6 was amazing. It was very spacious. The place was exactly as described. The living room view toogood to be true. The neighbourhood was very pretty. Would really recommend it to a big group.

Wij hebben samen met onze hond een heerlijke week gehad in Neureichenau. Het huis was rustig gelegen aan de rand van het dorp met een prachtig uitzicht. De hond heeft genoten van de speeltjes die voor hem klaar lagen en de tuin waar we lekker met hem konden spelen. Wij zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen en hebben mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Als extra kadootje zagen we regelmatig van een roofvogel echtpaar hun prooi overdracht in de boom tegenover ons! Het huis staat bij ons hoog genoteerd voor een volgend bezoek.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home. The house is fantastic for a family and Roxana is an incredible host. she had arranged our public transport tickets that allowed us to catch the bus from the end of the street into Salzburg. She also surprised our 10 year old with balloons and decorations upon arrival for his 10th birthday. We loved our stay at Roxana's house, it was amazing.

Perfect location for our stay in Salzburg. Great house, nice and clean. Ray was very helpful with recommendations. Easy to get around on public transport from the house. We had a great time in Salzburg!

Richard's place was exactly as described - contemporary, clean, comfortable. Lots and lots of storage space, well stocked with essentials in both the bathroom and kitchen, and all the facilities/electronics worked. It's a peaceful area - no buses from Linz late in the evening, but I always felt safe walking alone at night. And I enjoyed the road-side stall selling flowers and vegetables, just a minute or 2 down the road.

Tadeja is a great hostess. She really went above and beyond to help me get situated in her place. Even picked me up at the train station when she had work the next day. 5 stars. Thank you so much!

Kleine Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage und mit Parkplatz. Etwas wenig Stauraum, Ablagemöglichkeiten für Gepäck, Toilettenartikel und Kleidung. Man kommt aber damit klar.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! This apartment was spacious and within 20 minutes walk of historic Salzburg. A bus stop is conveniently located across the street. We appreciated Gregor’s responsiveness to our questions. We had the opportunity to meet his parents and found them to be lovely people. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and coffee. We would stay here again!

El departamento es muy confortable, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas breves vacaciones. Un balcón que invita a la reflexión. El paisaje es tan atrapante!! Un lugar paradisíaco. La ubicación es muy buena para acceder al bus (a la vuela de la esquina) que acerca a la estación donde se toma el otro bus para ir al Nido del Águila. Nosotros fuimos en auto a Berchtesgaden y fui muy sencillo llegar. Es decir tiene todo para ser recomendado: departamento completo, lugar paradisíaco, fácil acceso al pueblo. Además Tania siempre estuvo en contacto para facilitarnos las cosas.
