Bruce’s space was exactly as described and pictured. The private community is very calm and peaceful and the beach is virtually a 3 minutes walk from Bruce’s home. We were a party of 7, two of them being kids ages 3 and 5, and the layout of the house and its location couldn’t have been better for our week stay. I would say the only thing missing is a central AC unit; we were lucky to have a week where the nights were cooler but the last day was very warm and humid and we were all missing having AC ! Otherwise the house has everything you could think of, especially the kitchen.

Ali was very responsive. His place was neat, clean, and easy to find. It had everything we needed for our stay. I loved how close it was to the beach. He was nice enough to put an air-conditioning unit on the bottom floor for us as it was very warm downstairs. Bed and rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Only thing I had to bring was towels and wash clothes. He had stocked the basic essentials to get us started and the kitchen was fully furnished. I definitely recommend him and will stay again! Thank you for a great week!!

Comfortable townhouse with beautiful outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the tranquility to read and relax. The beds were very comfortable and after busy days on the beach and sightseeing we all slept well. Furnished nicely and in good taste. Everyone had space to go to for private, quiet time. Easily accessible to beaches, restaurants, Portland and other nearby locations. We enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at several of the unites in this complex and Yama’s was one of the best. Would highly recommend!

This came out to be one of our best vacation. With a 15yo ado and his 13yo sister, the ping pong (surprise) table was the best. It might be cliché to do morning beach (20 minutes easy walk), then afternoon common pool (nearby and perfectly shaded after the beach's sun), a ping pong tournament then a BBQ on the private terrasse, no neighbours around with, I must say, a quite efficient gas BBQ. N & C's place is spic and span. The location is remarkable, a 10 minute drive to the groceries, close to OG downtown. A true recommendation. Loved it.

We had a great stay- the house had everything we needed. hosts were excellent with providing information and communication. our neighbors were also very friendly!

A wonderful spot right on the beach. Nothing beats putting your feet in the sand right when you wake up. Will be back!

The place was extremely comfortable with great room for everything from board games, good family meals and as a bonus one can easily walk to stores, restaurants and even the cross country skiing is around the corner. There are plenty of games and entertainment options in the basement game room if you are vacationing with kids. What else can one wish for.

Lovely Beach home! The place was not only comfortable, but also beautiful appointed, making our stay really enjoyable! Clean, lots of amenities, hosts easy to communicate and available! Lots of things to do around and beach is less than 5 minutes on foot. We definitely recommend your charming home! I hope to come back soon!

Michelle was very quick to respond to any questions, her place was great and it was easy to feel comfortable and relax after a long day at the Fryeburg Fair.

We enjoyed our Stay in Newburyport. People above the unit were a bit noisy when they walked. You could hear them walking back and forth. Sort of expected I guess on an old building.

It was amazing and a very large fun house. Great for families and ideal location. The place was HUGE and comfortably accommodated our family of 11. Lots of things to do in the house as well as around the house. Skiing at cranmore and visiting downtown was within 5 minutes. Highly recommended if you want to be confident about accommodating a large group or keeping everyone entertained and near all of the attractions.

We had a fantastic weekend and the spot was perfect. Easy to find, plenty of space and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely book it again, highly recommend!

2nd time we’ve stayed here and had another great stay! Really bright, clean, and comfortable space for 6 people. floor plan makes it so you never feel on top of each other, and with great hangout space in living room. Close walk to the beach and easy into downtown. The host was very responsive and on top of fixing an issue during our weekend. Don’t miss the sunset club nearby if weather cooperates! Both our weekends have been rainy and the place is spacious enough we didn’t feel totally cooped up, but hoping next time we can take advantage of the nice deck and proximity to the ocean. Definitely recommend!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The location was awesome. It’s a very, very short walk to the beach and Ocean Park downtown area. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing beach vacation, you really cannot beat Lindsay’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, we really appreciated Lindsay’s organization and detailed instructions. We can’t recommend this spot enough!!!!

An Exceptional First Airbnb Experience! This was my first time staying at an Airbnb, and it exceeded all expectations! The place was spotless—immaculate really—which made it feel like it was either brand new or recently built. The furnishings were tasteful and modern, and the owners clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they need. There were plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and seasonings, cozy throws, TVs, games, and even detergent. The comfort level was top-notch, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was a dream—just steps away from the snow, which was an incredible experience for my girls who were seeing snow for the first time. Having snow tubing and the adventure park right nearby was a huge plus, making it easy to keep everyone entertained. Overall, this stay was everything we could have hoped for and more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped place to stay!

My partner and I along with two other couples spent 2 night's here for our friends' wedding weekend. It was an awesome experience! Jeremiah & Lisseth were great hosts and responsive with any questions we had. The space is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is great. A+ experience!

Patrick and Kaleen’s condo was the perfect space for 3 families to stay in North Conway. There were so many beds and spaces to hang out in- everyone felt comfortable and the space was very inviting. The kids absolutely loved the game room and there was plenty of room to spread out. We loved that the condo complex felt very safe and private but was so close to many options for eating, shopping, attractions. We hope to stay again next time we do a large group trip!

My wife and I could not have been happier. We had a wonderful time here. We spoke with Richard mostly and had such an amazing experience. He kept us updated on things going on, while also super responsive to any of our questions. We plan on bringing the whole family back again soon! There is a lot to do in town, hiking the presidentials, summer fun at cranmore, if you want a really great treat and are a golfer you will have to do the hour trip up to Mount Washington and golf there for the beautiful view, or just relax in the beautiful nature. In the winter, knowing the area, you can just enjoy the ski slope and a ton of winter activities near by along with ice climbing. Really thankful for this wonderful fine for our honeymoon. Ps - there was some construction going on, on the last 2 buildings going up on the road. It was not a bother or noisy and the crew was extremely friendly. So that was a no bother. It was actually cool to see the progress in our time there.

This is the second stay at one of Darryl’s Airbnb and I must it’s always a home away from home!!! We had such a peaceful stay. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment and beach views were beautiful, and I loved sipping my morning coffee on the porch. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. Thank you Darryl for your amazing hospitality.
