Giesel was a caring, gracious host and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, with a beautiful, tranquil view that provided the perfect relaxation we needed. A range of essentials was thoughtfully provided, adding an unexpected but welcoming touch. Additionally, we appreciated the convenient location—close to several beaches and restaurants, yet still offering a private and homey atmosphere.

The house was wonderful. David stayed in touch throughout the stay—even though I wasn’t the best at communicating, we had no issues and no real need to reach out. We arrived at 3:30 in the morning (thanks to some flight chaos) and had no trouble getting in. Everything was set up perfectly, and we were able to head straight to bed. The space is beautiful and truly right on the water. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves was such a peaceful bonus—the exact kind of experience you hope for with a beachfront property. The walls between the two units are a bit thin. We could clearly hear the family next door and assumed they could hear us too—especially since, as a group of old childhood friends, we did a lot of reminiscing and laughing. We did feel a little bad about that. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a dreamy location—and I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Alex’s Airbnb was great for a remote work week, exactly as listed. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience with Greg. The condo was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway, everything except warm weather! The ocean views from both the balcony and the primary bedroom were nice. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Short Sands Beach and within easy walking distance to all the fun in downtown York. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summertime!

Pristine apartment just minutes from everything. Excellent location for bird/animal lovers. The bird feeders provided endless entertainment. Inside apartment was well appointed with gorgeous furnishings and quality linens. Super quiet too. Hoping to stay with Rick again.

The views were amazing and the place was perfect! They’ve thought of everything (beach chairs, extra linens, coffee) and the flowers and birds make the property even more lovely. I stayed with my daughter and there is privacy within the space. The beach is a five minute walk from the house. We will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay and would definitely return here the apartment had everything we needed, was close to the beautiful beaches and the bed was very comfortable!

The space was perfect for my sister in law and I. We each had our own comfy, beautifully appointed rooms, each with a mini-split (I like to sleep with the ac pretty cold at night and my sister in law doesn’t) so being in my own room, with control over the temperature was HEAVEN! The view of the bay and tugboats was so pleasant in the morning watching the sun rise. The place is decorated with beautiful accents and useful items in the kitchen and bathroom. I loved their toilet paper! The location is super convenient to everything that makes Portsmouth so much fun! I highly recommend this place! Well done!

We had a wonderful stay at here in Ogunquit. The place was spotless! The location couldn’t have been better! Everything in town was within easy walking distance, which made exploring Ogunquit super convenient!! Check in was a breeze! Instructions were clear and detailed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and convenient stay in Ogunquit. Would absolutely stay here again!

I loved my stay! It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday and wedding. The beach is very close, and the downtown area is charming. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back! ☺️

Fantastic place to stay with plenty to do within walking distance! We had a 8 month old with us and there was plenty of space to setup a pack & play or bassinet. Comfortable bed and furniture and a bonus desk!

This is a lovely, quiet spot that is an ell appointed, inviting and homey. The open floor plan makes the space feel bigger than it is and it has plenty of privacy. It’s the kind of place you might want to stay longer than planned. I absolutely recommend it if you’re in the area and would gladly stay there again.

Alli's place was very east to find and was close to all that York has to offer. The peaceful settings made our stay very enjoyable.

David and Valle’s house is welcoming, and it was just right for our family get-together. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking, and the counter is both beautiful and a great place for gathering and conversation. There are many lovely touches in the house. We appreciated the yard and gardens, and our dog loved the walking trail. The location is peaceful but just a few minutes from Portland. David communicated well and offered helpful ideas for our visit.

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

I flew in for work and only stayed a couple days but definitely enjoyed the space. I will be coming back to this Airbnb in fall

141 Studio was perfect for a couple for a few days near downtown Portland. The studio is great. Dan has renovated it in great style. The kitchen was great for our purposes. The layout of the studio was great for our purposes. Having the washer and dryer was extremely helpful and made our 10 day total trip work well. I cannot say enough good things about the studio and Dan's preparation of it. The scale only goes to five, but it is a ten. Thank you Dan.

I stayed here with my dog and the place was perfect! Great backyard area, it felt very private and quiet. The space was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly! Would love to stay here again.
