I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Lauren was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble. My request for a birthday cake for one of our party was met with "I can arrange that for you and would you like candles and balloon decorations too." I got the brownie points but Lauren did all the work. The accommodation was beautiful on arrival and it bought on some very happy birthday tears. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard throughout, and it comes with a nice little private garden. The site is wonderful and has everything you could need, from a good breakfast to some lovely walks around fishing lakes. My girls had a wonderful long weekend at Laurens accommodation and,although not home yet, are already planning a return trip. Thanks again Lauren... 5*.

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

Lovely place to stay with family. Only downside was strength if Wi-Fi! When you have a professional gamer in your party this can be annoying! Other than that the place was ideal for us visiting as a family, comfortable beds, with lovely walks for our little dogs too..thank you

Ekaterina's place is a lovely old house with oodles of character and two beautiful gardens. The outside table was a lovely spot to have breakfast in the sun looking over the garden and just as delightful for dinner. Ekaterina was super helpful as well and her son charmed us all. Thank you.

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

Me, my wife and 11 month old son had a lovely few days here. A lovely spacious house on a peaceful farm. Our son loved the animals which were roaming around the farm and particularly loved the horse in the field right next to the house. Richard was very accommodating and responsive, whilst also leaving us to it. Thanks for a great stay!

Great base for a wedding weekend. House is comfortable, very modern, great backyard, everything you need. Kibworth is a nice village. Hosts were awesome.

Terrie’s house was in the perfect location for us, it was immaculately presented and very well equipped; we were extremely comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in this area of Leicestershire.

we had a family get together - 5 families with 10 adults and 7 children. this place was just right. cricket and croquet in the garden - bring your own gear. House in great location for travel from London and Birmingham. Overall all positive.

Such a beautiful home to stay in. We had a family get together and the location and house were perfect. Lots of bedroom and bathroom space for everyone. We really enjoyed using the games room to play pool and darts. Would definitely recommend for family stays.

Far Heath is just such an amazing space. It was perfect to celebrate my husbands milestone birthday with our 4 children and their partners. The dogs and grandaughter slotted in nicely too! Big shout out to Maddison who made sure the place was sparkling when we arrived and we thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen and hot tub. The view is spectacular and the donkeys who lived 'next door' visited us regularly and were and added bonus. Happy memories made and I couldn't recommend this place enough. Lauren's place is small but beautiful. Yes, the stairs are steep, but actually found them to be ok. Kitchen was great and exactly what we needed, everything was available - it was nice to see tea, coffee and milk - always appreciated. Very comfortable bed. Really liked the bathroom and all the little touches such as shampoo and conditioner - which I was grateful for. Certainly thinking of booking again in the near future.

Great location from where I was training in Lutterworth. Plenty of walks nearby and a lovely village to walk around too.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Old Calf Shed! The cottage was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Pauline was such a kind and thoughtful host — responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The location was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the countryside charm. Sue & George were so welcoming! this was a perfect place for our gathering of 13 people - we booked both properties. Plenty of space and an extremely well stocked kitchen. would definitely recommend and stay again!

Catrina was so hospitable and very helpful during my short stay at her AirBNB. She made sure I had everything I had and even went out of her way to help me get groceries in the adjacent town. Everything in the unit works as intended, the bedding is comfortable and she stocked out the kitchen with breakfast supplies. If you are passing through the area this is a great place to find home away from home hospitality. If you stay here make sure to take a walk through the Badby Woods nature area walking distance from this unit.

Great accommodation in a good location. We enjoyed walking along the canal path near-by.

Only a short stay but the house was spot on for the 4 of us. 3 generous-sized double bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and super clean bathrooms. Spoilt for choice for reading material, although some of the legal books looked like you’d need more than 1 night!

First thing we noticed was how beautiful and fresh the property smelt on arrival. It was immaculate and very well decorated. There was ample cooking equipment. As a family who like to home cook, we had everything we needed as well as cooking knives which we’ve missed in other properties. In the local area, a lot of the shops were dog friendly which was amazing as we always travel with our dog. The court yard like garden was ideal for what we needed for a few days.

Second time I have stayed for a business trip. And I will be back. Beautifully kept, welcoming and spacious. Great transport links and a Co-op just round the corner if you want to cook. Or Fish and Chips/Pub within a couple of minutes walk. Thank you Wendy.
