Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Welby

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

We had a great stay at Herbie’s place. It was clean and in a great location. He came out to greet us and give more detailed instructions to get in. Would recommend!

Great place to stay in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars a short walk away. Place is nice — good kitchen; cozy bed. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Denver.

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

Great space in a quiet neighborhood with a running trail one house away. Living room is nice, kitchen works and bedroom and bathroom are full sized with hot shower and comfy bed. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. One of the most safe, clean and convenient places I’ve stayed.

Really enjoyed the accommodations. The rooms were large and well appointed. We had everything we needed, and Travis was very attentive and accommodating. Since we would be arriving late at night, Travis allowed our daughter-in-law to stock the fridge before our arrival. It was wonderful to have eggs available for cooking at 2:00 am, after traveling all day without a chance to eat. We would recommend these accommodations to everyone.

We had a great stay here and would recommend to anyone! It is a perfect centralized location for travel between Denver, Boulder, and Estes Park. The street is quiet and there are shops within walking distance with delicious food and treats after a long day. The place was clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need—great hosts!!

Great location close to downtown Denver. House was spotless with great amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to stay in the downtown area.

We had a fantastic stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were super comfy. The shower was incredible, very hot water, and great water pressure. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and this one has to stand out as one of my favorites! My family needed an emergent place to stay after we all got hit with a bug and only two hours after booking did we end up at Nicole’s place. The kid’s toys, books, games and stuffed animals were life savers for tired parents who couldn’t play entertainer anymore. I loved the personal touches of this stay that many Airbnbs lack these days—a stocked kitchen with amenities such as coffee, honey, tea, etc., bathroom with all the essentials, comfortable beds. We lucked out finding a place that felt like a home away from home. Cherry on top was the only 15 min drive away from the airport, amazing!!

Great spot for a group of people to visit Colorado. Everything worked out great and was in a nice area. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back if I visited again!!

Had a wonderful stay here for a bachelorette trip! The murals and decor were perfect for the girls to take selfies and have a slumber party! So much thought went into every detail inside and the backyard. Everyone was very comfortable during our stay. Need to drive or Uber to get to the downtown area about 15-25 minutes. Would absolutely recommend!

Y'all, I have never stayed in an Airbnb that has this many amenities. If you needed it, it is there. There was every type of milk you could want left in bottles in the fridge for us to use and condiments for guest use. We were not there very long, but we spent every minute we could on the patio, what a gem! The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the towels were soft. Many people were out walking in the neighborhood and we felt very safe. I read nearly every review before I book an Airbnb, if that is you too, don't hesitate to book this place, you will love it!

Alexandra’s place was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted to stay in a residential neighborhood that had easy access to several Denver neighborhoods but wasn’t necessarily in the hustle at bustle— this totally fit that bill! The home was very comfortable, well-equipped, and safe. We had some iffy weather while in town, but our hosts were very responsive and gave great recommendations for how to spend some rainy Denver evenings.

Great place to stay when traveling for business as it is a short drive to DTC and short walk to Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking.
