A hut to fall in love with

A special feature as accommodation are our "Traodkastn". Do you live in fully equipped small cabins away from our farm. A cottage for yourself and in the family community. The outdoor breakfast next to the fish ponds, pure nature! In the "witzenstüberl"or yet outdoors for sporting activities, such as swimming, looking for mushrooms or fishing! The tourist tax must be paid on site. There is a special fee for dogs, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance!

Rest and relaxation at 1,250 m above sea level - with an enchanting snowy landscape in winter and wonderful natural impressions in summer. The ski and hiking area is right outside the front door.

After sweating in the infrared cabin, enjoy the sun on the terrace, read a good book in the sun window, watch a good movie on the couch and simply enjoy the time with family & friends! In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous opportunities to engage in sports. Skiing, cross-country skiing, golf, cycling, hiking, swimming, etc.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Spending the night under the open starry sky? Or sunbathe in the bed? Yes, of COURSE! Just go out with the bed and enjoy the breathtaking view in the terrace! It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space in the middle of a beautiful hiking area. Centrally located in central Carinthia, 5 minutes by car to St. Veit/Glan, 20 minutes to the state capital Klagenfurt with the beautiful Wörthersee. About a kilometer away you will find the idyllic Lake Kraigersee for swimming. In the village, there is a local supplier, a doctor and hot food to pick up.
