This place is perfect for my needs: coming to this village a few days from time to time for a visit. There is no kitchen but enough to make a hot drink, fridge and microwave. It's in the basement so you wouldn't spend your day there, and you have to ventilate regularly. Since listings are rare and very expensive in this area, this is a good solution. It's clean, thoughtfully appointed and Marina is very nice and responsive.

Compact studio in a beautiful and quiet environment. Located in Nieuwstraat, fully equipped and very clean. Includes parking and terrace.

I really enjoyed staying in the small apartment. I was looking for peace and quiet and a break and found it there. It was super cozy and everything you needed was there. The family was always easy to reach and very friendly. The surroundings are very quiet, there are many shopping opportunities and you can also get to Esslingen, Göppingen or Stuttgart quickly by train. Everything is great and thank you very much.

Paul's guest apartment is located on the edge of Schanbach, directly on a field and meadow path, which I liked to use for a walk. The rooms are very quiet and practically functionally furnished. Paul himself was very easy to reach for questions.

Manuela was very friendly and the check-in went smoothly.

The place was spacious and really clean. It had all needed also for a bit longer stay.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is more spacious than the photos show. Manuela met us in person to give us the keys and show us the laundry room and trash rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street and everything in the town of Ludwigsburg was easily walkable! We had children with us so we appreciated the dedicated washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

We had a great stay in a wonderful, cozy and very tastefully furnished apartment. Even though train station is only two minutes away, the place was very quiet. Beautiful surroundings (vineyards...) and lots to do. Benjamin was very friendly and communication was fast and clear. Perfect place for a city trip with quick access to nature.

Everything is great, apartment, surroundings and garden. Andrea and her husband are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to come back.

Had another great stay in the great and very clean apartment of Philip and Jeannette. I found the short walk (about 5 minutes) to the Waiblingen train station and to the Park+Ride, where you can leave your car for a short or longer period of time, to be particularly practical.

Beautiful large apartment

Impeccable and compliant loft. The host is very respectful and even makes the effort to try to speak our language. We will return there without worries during a possible new trip.

The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and whirlpool worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there, you can look over it and clean it. But all in all it was very nice and we will come back.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

Our stay was really great. The accommodation was perfect for escaping everyday life. The hostess was very attentive and took very good care of us. She was always available and always responded quickly and kindly - totally uncomplicated. A real heartfelt recommendation!

We had a lovely stay at the place. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was neat and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.
