In unserer gemütlichen Dachwohnung erwarten wir Dich sehr gern. Wir sind ein sehr weltoffenes Ehepaar und interessiert an allem Neuen. Auch in Englisch können wir gern mit unseren Gästen reden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, das Zentrum ist ca. 250 m entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Reisen nach Stuttgart, Remstal. In den diesen Pandemiezeiten halten wir uns sehr genau an die geltenden Regeln und Vorschriften. Wir reinigen, waschen und desinfizieren alles nach Vorschrift.

Welcome to our newly designed accommodation in the beautiful Remstal! THE perfect base for exploring Stuttgart, but also our wine region. The S-Bahn (suburban train) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, and the journey time to the main train station is less than 30 minutes. You live in a separate area on the ground floor of our house with its own access and small terrace far from any road traffic. We live on the upper floor with our 2 kids (2 and 6 years).

The apartment is absolutely unsuitable for children under the age of 6. A short walk to the bus stop. The S-Bahn is a 20-minute walk or by bus. Fair/Airport/Cannstatter Wasen/Mercedes Museum easily accessible. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, fast food/restaurant and doctors available.

Excellent facilities! Fitted to a very high standard. Very peaceful and relaxing. Super clean and a really lovely host. Excellent bathroom and spacious bedroom. Kitchen was spotless clean. I would love to go back again one day. Thank you Marc for your kind hospitality. Perfect location for visiting Stuttgart if you are driving. Parking is right outside. Located just a short 10-minute walk from downtown Waiblingen, the location is ideal for those looking to enjoy the charm of this lovely town while staying slightly off the beaten path. The peaceful setting combined with such thoughtful amenities made this stay unforgettable. I would absolutely book again!
