Beautiful apartment in Wangen/Allgäu center close to the center

In the heart of Allgäu, near Lake Constance, I offer an apartment on the 1st floor on the left with 2 bedrooms, a dining area and a kitchenette. 2 steps across the corridor is the bathroom. The mentioned areas are only for guests. The house entrance is not separate. We live downstairs in the house and on the 1st floor on the right. So there is usually someone on site and we are happy to help with any questions. The house is located on the outskirts of the city in a secluded location. Walk about 1 km into the city center and about 200m into the forest.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with one large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, one separate toilet and four bedrooms over three floors. A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) Our Hüsli is located in the middle of nature, quiet and on the Alpstein-Wanderweg In the garden there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fireplace and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the Bänkli in the forecourt. Inside it is nice and homely, with tiled stove and wood-burning stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

The apartment radiates a "feel-good character", the furnishings and the light are very coherent.
