Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Webster County

This home was cute, clean and comfortable! The location was perfect for the reason we were in Springfield and everything we wanted was a 10 min, or less, drive.

Nice home I. the woods great for private retreat. beds comfy and nice bathrooms. Road into place tricky when wet.

Gayla and Terry were fantastic!! Their cottage is within 15 minutes of most of our destinations, and so peaceful and clean. I loved the animals!!! We watched 2 chipmunks fill their little cheeks with food and make multiple trips to their home. We loved our time there and if we are back in that area we will definitely be booking with them again they were amazing hosts!!!

My parents and I stayed here for one night. Shortly after booking, I received friendly check-in instructions from Mark. The house is exactly as photographed and has clean furnishings (pull-out sleeper sofa, queen bed in bedroom, updated kitchen & bath). Keyless entry worked perfectly. Parking on the circular driveway was convenient. Appreciated the amenities such as bottled water, coffee, tea, creamer, bath towels, soap/shampoo). Check-out was simple and did not require tossing used towels/sheets into the washer as some AirBnB places expect it. The cottage felt warm, cozy, inviting and private despite being across a county road/highway. It has two patios right off both sides of the house to enjoy quiet time. It also has an expansive BBQ kitchen for hosting weddings and gatherings. The landscaping around the house is beautifully maintained. The cottage is nestled next to a nursery, and we had a nice time admiring the flowers and bought a few flowers and plants before we left.

Dewayne as a host goes above and beyond for guests! Everything was amazing and we even had water in a dog bowl for our pooch! We had to reserve VERY last minute and it was as if they had planned for our arrival for weeks. I CANNOT say enough good things about the host, the property, the communication…all of it!! Thank you so very much!! 100000 stars!!!

This house was lovely! Very cozy, we appreciated multiple seating options and plenty of blankets! So often when we travel with our family or friends, there isn’t enough seating or blankets for the listed amount able to stay. The boys had fun competing in chess, it was an easy drive into downtown for food and our activities. Would book again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax, and the amenities had everything we needed and more. My wife and I always enjoy Peaceful by the Park, it is a great AirBNB location! One of the best parks in Springfield is right across the street, awesome for my daily walk. The apartment is private, very clean, and has everything we need. It is in a very nice and safe neighborhood, the central location is very convenient to anything in Springfield. This was not our first stay here, and we are always satisfied with our host and the apartment. We'll be back!

The Cozy Downtown Retreat in Mansfield was the best Airbnb rental we've ever had, and we've sampled quite a few properties. The apartment was a new build and everything was spotless and comfortable. The rooms were beautiful and the the apartment had everything we needed--and the view of the park below was beautiful! The host, Michelle, was friendly and available--best ever! We hope to visit this beautiful property again. A+++

Amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was quiet but close to everything I needed. The host was friendly and super responsive. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Skye and Laron’s rental was great and I was very comfortable there. They both responded to messages very quickly and were flexible with me and my arrival time which needed to change due to extreme weather. Good folks.

Nice to have a new build available for nightly rental in the AVA area. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Located on the third floor but not difficult as long as stairs is not a problem for you.

Very clean and well stocked condo/apartment. They supplied dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed’s were comfortable. The workout room was decent. People were friendly. It was safe and secure. The free coffee was so amazing! Lots of different options no need to run to Starbucks or 7 Brew! Great stay for a week! Thanks!

Had my staff stay here while completing a project in Springfield and they were very happy with the comfort, cleanliness and location of the property. Will stay again of the opportunity presents itself.

Friendly hosts, beautiful and clean space, gorgeous oak trees all around. Chickens and cats were also friendly!! A wonderful spot for visiting Bennet Springs or the Niangua River. We cooked out and sat on the porch and had a great stay.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Bennettscape Lodge Condominiums! The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet — exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our kids especially enjoyed staying the night before heading out early for a trout fishing adventure nearby. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly getaway!

Always a great stay at Bennettscape, close to the river but also tucked away for privacy! Cabins are always spotless, beds are comfy, have everything you need and always greeted with a smile when you arrive! Dimitri is always so friendly and welcoming, My favorite place to stay!

We loved our stay at Bennettscape! Super close to Bennett Spring and the Nianuga. The place was super clean and quaint! We will be back for sure.

We loved staying here! We typically stay in the park but we decided to try something a little different this year as we were also celebrating our wedding anniversary. It’s just two miles past the park and in a very private peaceful location. Check in was super easy and it was so comfy and CLEAN. I mean literally spotless. Bed and pillows were super comfy and it was just the perfect little set up for my husband and I. We had to cut our trip short and come home early due to me not feeling well but we will most definitely be coming back to stay. It was very affordable and Dmitriy was very responsive very quickly! Thank you for letting us stay here! I can’t say enough about how great this place was!
