Rick’s place was a great getaway for our family. It’s nice to enjoy the amenities margaritaville has while not staying in a hotel room. This house was spacious for our 7 guest and had an amazing large window view of the lake. Easy access. Great to have 3 bathrooms. Washer and dryer a plus for a one week stay. Will visit again. Great place will rent again. Had trouble turning the shower on in main bathroom. Also I didn’t like the fire tv in the guest bedroom lol

If you’re looking for an affordable, immaculate, spacious place that’s perfectly situated in country serenity, yet conveniently close to just about every creature comfort…look no further! This home is gorgeous. The pics don’t even capture how open and welcoming it truly is. The location… felt very safe, private, quiet, breathtaking farm views anytime of day but highly recommended enjoying your am coffee on the front porch. From Prairie Base, it’s hard to believe town is only about 7 mins away. My family stayed with Amanda and Travis for my daughter’s basic training graduation at Ft. Leonard Wood. Easy access to the Hwy and an easy 40 min straight shot. The hosts - Communication check in/out instructions were timely and clear. Travis even took time out to provide us with some ranching advice and education. We are highly satisfied with our stay and if life brings us back to the area, we’ll book again!

Perfect location with private deck and access to boat dock. Sometimes we sat on the patio and listened to music coming from Margaritaville across the bay. It’s an easy car or boat drive to lots of other places in Osage Beach and we enjoyed many of them. It was reasonably priced for a two bedroom condo with boat and trailer parking in this area. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

Do not hesitate to book this beauty! If you are looking for a place to gather with friends or family this place will fill the bill. We kept getting lost in the house it is so big. Comfortable beds . Pool pristine . Everything needed in the kitchen and beyond. Bring shampoo / body wash. The fish are biting the porches long to be sat on to watch the sunset. We didn't light up the firepit but it was another great gathering spot. We also ran out of time to use the hot tub. The chickens were fun to watch too! Choose your room and get a great night sleep. Host Dan was great! Didn't meet Wil, she was out of town.

Jonathan’s place was perfect for our stay! We were able to bring our 2 goldens and it was close to FLW for our son’s BCT family day and graduation. We felt right at home and were able to relax and enjoy time with our soldier. I had a little blip with the lock (probably user error after 12 hrs in the car) but Jonathan was super responsive and it wasn’t even an issue. The home was exactly as described. And as a ‘clean freak’ dog owner that doesn’t want her home to smell like dogs - I was SO impressed by the cleanliness of this pet friendly airbnb!! If I ever need to stay near FLW in the future, it will be at Jonathan’s.

Perfect overnight stop! My mum and I were driving from Dallas to Chicago and needed a safe, peaceful, and comfortable place to rest and this home was exactly that. Super spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you’d need. The air felt fresh, the views were lovely, and we both slept like babies. Check-in was seamless, the hosts were kind and communicative, and we truly appreciated the quiet surroundings. Would love to stay again on our return journey!

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home to stay in. If you’re going to Fort Leonard Wood, it took us about 15 minutes to get there. Ms. Kay is very quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. She left drinks and snacks for us to enjoy. She has everything in the home you will probably need.

Loved her home!! Lots of stuff to do in the home. Lots of game!! Very comfortable beds. The house was beautiful and Denise was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here and plan on staying here if we come here again ❤️ also very close to fort Leonard wood and other restaurants and activities.

We had a wonderful time! One of the top disc golf courses was nearby & kept the guys busy so the ladies could sit back and relax on the front porch. We had the pleasure of meeting Victor, who was very personable & helpful. We will definitely be back in the future!

This was the second time my friends and I stayed for our annual float and just like the first time, we felt right at home! We will continue to book this bnb for our annual float for as long as the host will have us!! The house was perfectly clean, had all cooking necessities, plenty of towels, and the upgrades since we last stayed to the outdoor areas were incredible as well! We loved sitting out by the pond feeding the fish and looking for frogs! The beds are comfortable, and the living room is the perfect central relaxing area and fits our whole group of 7 people perfectly. I can’t sing higher praises!! Definitely recommend for any length of stay, you won’t regret it!!

Mashelle was great to deal with. She was very friendly and communicative. The place was seasonally decorated - which was a great touch. I will definitely stay here again if I am back out visiting.
