Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Watts Bar Lake

Location: The place was only 6-7 minutes from each downtown location that we experienced. Not only was the location incredibly accessible and convenient it was still (somehow) quite secluded and private. This is a hard feat to accomplish in a mid-size city, but this house provided that as well. The venue: The house feels like you're walking into a living art installation. From the handpicked decor to the mid-century art pieces the entire house feels like a complete departure from our current time line. Amenities: The house came fully stocked with seasonings, toiletries, and all of the necessary utensils to prep meals. The house also came with a basket full of snacks, which was a nice compliment. The only things we needed to bring were olive oil and the food. Overall: Great experience. My only *bummer* is that I didn't capture a full walk-through video of the venue for my own personal memento.

Loved our stay! This is a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy. Richard provided a detailed list of local sites to see and restaurants. We highly recommend staying here and visiting Tellico Plains.

This home is exactly as pictured! It’s absolutely lovely. Our family felt comfortable, it is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The owner has done an amazing job with the decor, amenities, and just overall making this charming home a great place to stay. I highly recommend!

Had a short night stay, but the house was clean updated nice! Right off 75 and great for snowbirds and the like for a “half way stop” south! Had a business trip in Tn and it was a great location for us. Easy check in, clean, updated, great location!

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! I have a brother who lives in the area. This is my 3rd or 4th stay here. I love the cabins. The cost is very reasonable. It’s always clean, comfortable and peaceful here and I’m able to bring my dog.

What can I say! We were in town for a graduation and this house was everything and more! We had a wonderful time. The house was so clean, with lots of space and things for the kids to enjoy. We even played some of the board games as well as card games. The hosts had some delicious baked cookies for you upon arrival. I give this 5 stars and will come back and stay any time. We felt right at home.

We enjoyed our stay on Anton Street finding the unit to be as described - a comfortable, clean, recently updated uncluttered space that was nicely appointed located in a colorful, mostly peaceful neighborhood nestled on a hillside. Ethan reached back rather quickly when questions arose. Would recommend this home as a nice place to stay.

Beverly was very pleasant and friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The accommodations were beautiful. The room is clean and tidy. She supplied a lot of items in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a perfect get away for a couple interested in lying back and enjoying nature. The area was very private and quite. Restaurants are a short drive away. Upon leaving, we spoke with Beverly again and she thanked us for coming and invited us to come again. We will definitely book it again just to get away for a few days to relax. Without a doubt, my favorite AirBNB to date. It is exactly the type of place I would love to call home, and Barb and Greg were just the most accommodating hosts. We had plans to get out and spend most of our time looking for things to do, but ended up spending so much time at the apartment, because the farm is idyllic and being there, reading a book that Barb supplied, was exactly what I needed. There was not one thing that we lacked during our stay. Barb has thought of everything, including snacks, teas, essential out diffuser (my fav), and a well equipped kitchen. If you love nature, wildlife, and gorgeous landscape, this is the place for you. Finding new friends, in Barb, Greg and Tucker were an added bonus. Thank you for a STELLAR stay!

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

Laurie and Daniel They are the best of best and their kind and helpful and make everything wonderful for us. We already have booked another two trip in the future with them next year. We will continue to come there and stay at their place in search of that trophy bass.

We had four people staying in the condo, it was a perfectly sized space to accommodate us. It was extremely clean, and we had everything we needed for the weekend. We did bring our own snacks and food to prepare meals, which I would recommend doing! We really appreciated seeing staff being mindful and practicing precautions the entire stay. When we arrived, we did have to wait about an hour after check-in as it wasn’t ready yet. And our wristband/keycards weren’t properly activated so they sent a maintenance person to fix that, who was very helpful. We got to see two baby raccoons from the back porch as soon as we arrived though, so we didn’t mind. Would highly recommend this stay for a quiet getaway!! We had a great time.

Place was awesome! Cheryl was really responsive and super helpful! When we needed help with something they were quick to respond and help. Would highly recommend!

Stephen’s place was perfect for us. We had a lot of folks coming in for a work thing. The kitchen and living area was spacious and clean. The coffee maker came in handy. One of the units had a shuffle board, which we enjoyed. But the best part is that every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. It’s almost like AirBNBing a private hotel. But better in every way. We loved it and would stay again for sure.

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The surrounding guests were pleasant and we enjoyed our conversations. The proximity to the Tennessee river was a plus for our fishing excursion. If the opportunity to return arises, we will definitely contact Cali to help us with accommodations. Thank you

Wonderful place. The views from the balconies are beautiful. The place was as described, clean and not a lot of clutter. The kitchen had lots of counter space. The location was fantastic. Grocery store, restaurants, downtown and the greenway located with a half mile. The host was proactive, friendly and responded quickly. Definitely on my will stay here again list.

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! We were in town for our daughter’s college orientation and the location was perfect for visiting the UT campus regularly. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and family room were beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable and will definitely stay again!

Five stars! It was exactly as described. Mark was very responsive host. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Will definitely try to book again next time we're in Knoxville.
