The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Set within the Croc An Oir Estate (translated as Crock of Gold) and tucked away down a leafy boreen, this beautifully restored, converted stone barn offers a truly relaxing holiday where hospitality and a traditional Irish experience is offered in abundance. Nestled at the end of a pot-holed lane , this is a lovely converted stone-built stable block in a peaceful rural location. Situated a few minutes from the beautiful Tintern Abbey and within 15 minutes of the lovely beaches at Duncannon, Cullenstown and Fethard. Both Wexford town and New Ross are within easy reach as are the popular tourist deitinations of Hook lighthouse, Dunbody Famine ship and the Irish National Heritage Centre.

Suitable for 2 adults sharing a double bed and an additional cost of €20 for an extra guest on a pull out single bed.
