A short drive down the mesa finds Durango, Colorado with all of its restaurants, unique downtown shopping, hiking , biking , skiing, hot springs, and all great things beyond .

The upper level (only) of this home is great for a couple, families and/or a group. The upper unit includes private entrance, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen and a washer & dryer. The home can sleep 2-10 people comfortably! The views are fabulous and breathtaking year-round! There is a gas BBQ grill and utensils for your outdoor grilling for your family and friends! We live on the ground level and can easily assist with any recommendations, maintenance and/or needs.

This very cozy condo is the ideal place to return to after a day of enjoying the many activities and attractions in Durango. It is located in town, also just across from Fort Lewis campus and Hillcrest Golf Course. Gorgeous hiking and biking trails out the front door. This lovely property offers amenities including a seasonal heated pool and a year round hot tub. The trolley stops in front of the complex for easy access to downtown. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!
