Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Washington

Great place to stay while in Seattle. Love how close it was to local Queer Spots and places to eat. Everything seemed to always be just a few minutes away. The apartment is really cute a cozy. Host really paid attention to making it feel welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy thanks to instructions shared. I loved being able to use the gym located on the first floor too. There’s construction sky folding in front of the building, but there was no noise or anything that was heard from the apartment. It was on the other side of building. The fire place was so cozy!! Loved staying here. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Host was very communicative and helpful. They were doing some remodeling during our stay but they were respectful and made sure it didn’t affect our stay. It seems it will be an even better place to stay in the future!

The stay at Gayle's home was seamless! The unit was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and located in a lovely neighborhood and convenient location. Gayle was great about making sure our needs were met and that we were comfortable during our stay. There are so many awesome wineries within a very close distance and the Walla Walla downtown area where there are several great restaurants and shops in a short drive. It's truly refreshing to stay somewhere that is as described, if not even better!

What a lovely space! I wish we had had more time to cozy up in the apartment, but we were gone for a lot of the stay. It was pristine, very comfortable and very well stocked. The only kind of interesting thing was the bed is rotated 90º, so one person has to sleep against the wall and crawl over the other if they need to get out. Also, definitely read the instructions on how to find the place because Google Maps took me around the back instead of up the driveway. Thank for for a great stay, Janie, I hope we can come back soon!

The host was outstanding. I particularly felt that the host was very thoughtful of going above and beyond with the amnesties provided to the guests, from providing snacks all the way down to toiletries. Beverages were also provided for a staying guest, which sets the tone and difference from other Air B N B’s. Clear cut instructions for common questions were also provided. Superb cleanliness with outstanding amnesties. I highly recommend a stay at the Upper Room for future potential guests.

This place was exactly what we wanted. the location was close to town and great restaurants. The price was perfect for a week. Next time we visit, we will try to get this house again.

Only stayed for one night, so I didn't get a chance to fully take advantage of the beautiful kitchen, very well stocked with all the kitchen gadgets. Hot tub was nice, the backyard is a great spot! It's in a pretty dense neighborhood, but the backyard feels like your own personal spot! I would definitely stay here again.

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 children. It was a beautiful stay with breathtaking views of the ocean from the yard. We celebrated a birthday with beautiful sunset views, fire pit, dining, lounging chairs. We would highly recommend this place for a family to have a good getaway close to water. Would return to stay here

We had an amazing stay! The accommodation was exactly as described and very clean. It was very spacious for a group of 8 people including kids. The heated pool and hot tub added to the vibe. The amenities were fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Carl was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

This house felt like home. Perfect in every way.

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb's I've stayed in. Perfect for a large group, plenty of room to accommodate all of us. There were a lot of rules and one draw back is the limit of 5 vehicles, and no vans. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The surroundings beautiful with trails to walk and sunset views. I highly recommend the property.

We had a wonderful stay! Lots of space, great kitchen, and wonderful breezes. You can see the tides on the bay. Beautiful! The host was so supportive the whole time and especially when we forgot to pack one cupboard of our food. She had it ready for a relative to pick up for us after we left.

I really enjoyed staying here. I got to meet up with my daughters for graduation and have some family time together since we live in different states. Absolutely beautiful property and a wonderful place to hang outside. I highly recommend staying here. It was stocked full of amenities and things you would want to have. Only thing it was missing was a working grill & AC. There was already one tower fan which helped and I bought another one to make it cool enough to sleep. Ended up using the air fryer instead of grilling and it all worked out well. The dining table is perfect to play board games (bring your own) in, the hot tub is really nice in the evening to unwind. You are absolutely going to love your stay in this beautiful home and property. Waking up to hearing the birds chirp was the highlight! I enjoyed watching the hummingbirds on their fuchsia plant and making s’mores in their fire pit with my kids. We absolutely loved the patio and the projector room was really cool too!
