Holiday rentals with lake access in Washington County

We booked Lucy’s place for family members coming in town for our daughter's wedding. It exceeded all expectations. They were extremely happy with the home and the scenery around it. Great place!!

We loved our stay ! The cardinals and flying pigs were my fav little details. I loved seeing all the antiques and fun finds :) Def will be back !

Cozy, beautiful property, enjoyable! Meera was very willing to help with anything and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant with her hospitality. We are happy she shared her home with us.

The house is very cozy, It' s close to Somerville lake, it's good size for 2 families or 8 close friends. I really love the backyard yard with the fire pit. I heard a lot of birds singing in the morning which is the reason why we rent it to disconnect from the city and enjoy the nature.

David’s place sits in an idyllic location that’s peaceful & private. The home is immaculately built with impeccable design features. The beds are super comfy and the main living space is ideal for relaxing with family. Lots to explore on the property with the 4x4. We also thoroughly enjoyed our pup greeters - Gracie & Maxwell. David was very responsive when it came to our Q’s or an issue we had during our stay. Highly recommend his home. We’ll be back next year for our antiquing adventures!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to your home. The setting was beautiful and the house spotless and quite comfortable. We made full use of the screened in porch -- as it allowed for a great view of the meadow and its wildflowers.

Our stay at Milk and Honey Ranch was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The property itself is absolutely stunning—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect setting for a family getaway. What truly made the experience unforgettable was our host, Brent. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Brent's kindness and attentiveness stood out in every interaction. Excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and like home, but Milk and Honey Ranch delivers just that—and more. I can’t recommend it highly enough. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our next visit!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The house is well appointed with a lot of attention to detail. The towels were monogrammed, the floor mats were monogrammed! It's beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. I highly recommend this property, and we are excited to return soon. Scott was very responsive and super friendly. Everything was perfect.

Absolutely Amazing!! First of all, I'd like to Thank Dey & Raul for being so sweet! It was my 50th birthday and when we arrived, they had gotten me flowers, cookies, a balloon and a welcoming sign. It really made me feel special and I felt right at home. It was funny because they literally said; you only need your food and clothes. Well guess what...that was literally all we needed! This was one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at. It was fully stocked with supplies inside and out. Being completely fenced, it was nice for my 2 big dogs that came with us. It was hard to decide where we were going to cook because we had so many options, LOL. We grilled on the BBQ pit the first night and jammed out with the blue tooth speakers!! Caught the Astros game and then got up the next morning to head to the Lake. The park access to the Lake was about 10 minutes away, very close!! When we got back, we used flat grill (OUR FAVORITE)!! We will be back, thank you so much!!

Amazing beautiful location. 10 mins aways from Round Top. Couldn’t have had a asked for a more perfect sitting!! Loved every second there. Didn’t really want to leave. ❤️❤️❤️ enjoy our breakfast there also. It was perfect! Rob was so wonderful to bring it to us. Muffins were still warm. Eggs cooked perfectly. Fruit and yogurt. Ugh! Was all so good!

The cottage is well appointed complete with fresh flowers from the gardens and a yummy coffee cake provided by the host. The cottage, property and pool provided a much needed relaxing getaway. Lois, our host, was friendly and helpful. We will definitely repeat!

We chose the cottage based on the location we were needing for our daughter’s wedding in Chappell Hill and were very pleased with the very pleasant surprise it was! It wasn’t just a place “to stay” ….it was cozy and comfortable !! Front porch morning coffee and afternoon happy hours were a joy . Chappell Hill will now always hold a special place in our hearts because of the wedding , but this special spot will be somewhere we’d love to come back to!! Thank you for your attention to detail !
