Apartment holiday rentals in Washington County

Jen's place was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding weekend and the apartment had everything we needed, with the added bonus of a cute little patio area for us to lounge by during our downtime. Everything was super clean and the bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was also very quiet and made us feel very relaxed. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Jen's!

This was our first Airbnb stay and it was outstanding! Heather was so hospitable and the attention to detail was amazing! From the great communication to the thoughtful details of a personalized welcome card, to snacks, to ammenities she thought of everything, and I do mean everything! I work in customer service and it means alot when someone goes above and beyond for their guests. The cleanliness of the space was beyond my expectations, and I am picky! She was so kind and welcoming, we will definitely be back. We will be spoiled by this perfect experience, we just wish we had more time to enjoy the lovely back yard as well. Ammenities beyond compare should be the name of Heather's place! We will make up a reason to come to RI to stay here :-)

We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

Beautiful location, love the the access to the lake as well to multiple activities in the private backyard. Great walking distance to the beach which was accessible at any time of day and night. Friendly environment, a lot of local moments throughout the day making the area felt alive even in off season. Close enough to the casinos, local restaurants and activities. Premises was quiet at night, didn’t hear other units other than light foot steps, as a light sleeper I had no problems having a good nights rest.

Had an excellent stay here. Host was responsive. Unit had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, the works. Host was also responsive to questions and what not. It was also a plus that there was so much space to spread out for a couple nights and they didn’t price gouge like most of the other alternatives in the area. If there was one note to make that isn’t in their control, it’s that the street outside is super busy. Must just be something about the location but the traffic was non stop. But that didn’t affect our sleep or anything. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Paul was a wonderful host. He responded immediately to any questions. The unit is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked to meet our needs. I have rented in westerly for over 35 years and would rate this in the top three of choices. Thank you Paul we look forward to returning.

We know this property having stayed there over many years. The new owners have done a wonderful job renovating and restoring it decorating the apartment to a very high standard whilst retaining the period features. The kitchen and bathroom have been fitted out to a very high standard with high quality fittings and appliances. The furniture in the sitting rooms is modern and comfortable. The bedroom is a generous size with the bathroom en-suite. There are AC units throughout. We had our own area of the lawned yard with BBQ, chairs, table and Adirondacks all overlooking the tidal salt pond. We utilised this area a lot during our stay. The owners who live on site were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this property which is only a few minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful village of Wickford yet very quiet and peaceful.

The In-law apartment was lovely, exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Sean and Alison were proactive by providing all information ahead of time.

Great place to stay! The building's exterior was cute and inside was really nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom & shower well stocked. The hosts were really friendly & accommodating. Crystal clear instructions & communication. The day of our check-in, they messaged us that we could check-in a few hours early, and the day of check-out, they allowed us to check-out later than the usual time, which was really helpful. The house is also in a great location. It's down the street from Jitter's Cafe which serves amazing breakfast & coffee. We ate here every morning of our stay. Besides the cafe, the location provides easy access to the rest of Kingstown and to Providence. If I had one bit of constructive criticism, it's that the bedroom didn't have blinds, and the curtains let through a lot of light, so the sun woke us up when it rose. Not a big deal at all, but blinds or blackout curtains would improve the room and make it basically perfect. Thank you for a great stay!!

Amazing place! Lovely location with tons of things to do! Very peaceful and very quiet neighborhood.

We loved our stay in this charming old cottage! It was super clean and comfy, having two big decks, one facing east for sunrises and one facing west for sunsets. Too bad the weather wasn’t on our side this time, but I can only picture how awesome those decks must be in better weather. Inside, the beds were nice and cozy, and there were plenty of extra quilts, pillows, and towels. Honestly, the place is even better than the photos, lots of room to relax. Everything’s just a short walk away, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Our host Pat was great, too, showing us old photos of the cottage and filling us in on its story through the years. Thanks you Pat & Tom for a great stay!

This place was fantastic! Loved the proximity to the beach, George’s, Block Island ferry and more!! Such a hidden gem and will definitely be back! Karen and Peter were excellent hosts and always responsive if we had any questions. The apartment was so cutely decorated too!

This was our third year at Michael’s and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect for biking or walking, the apartment is the right size for our little family and has everything we need. Michael is super responsive and helpful, the local beach is perfect. We will likely be back again next year!

What a lovely stay! Surrounded by marshland, birds, and a beautiful garden. A true retreat. My partner and I were able to get ample rest here. We also really appreciated the artsy, spiritual, and energetically balanced home. Susan was a responsive host and even greeted us when we arrived, despite us arriving late. The home was clean, cozy, and quiet. Susan even provided some bread and yogurt for us to enjoy during breakfast! What wonderful hospitality. A great, affordable stay close to a nature preserve, and multiple destinations - the cute small town of North Kingstown, Newport, and Providence. Overall, such a great experience and we recommend this to anyone looking for a respite. A very healing and calm trip.

This stay was wonderful. Everything I expected it to be and Diana was so helpful on getting us settled in and helping us navigate the surrounding areas. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a older home but was very nice despite it's age. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Stonington area. The location could not have been better for us due to the fact we needed to go back and forth from New London to Stonington and Mystic between the two.

Joan was very responsive. The Airbnb was clean, in a safe place, all amenities were available plus extras. It was walkable to Narragansett town. So much to do. Beaches, shopping, restaurants. It was a great trip!

Bigger inside than expected, it suited our needs perfectly and six adults were very comfortable. It was clean and cozy with everything that we needed and the area was nice and quiet.
