This newly constructed cottage offers space, privacy, waterfront, and a private beach. It is located on a private lane with only 3 other homes and just minutes from the center of town. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting in the breakfast nook or on the covered deck overlooking the bay while watching the sea birds and seals or possibly seeing the deer roaming the property. Summer months, you can watch the lobstermen busy hauling the days catch at a short distance.

Wake up to the beauty of the Maine coast; the sun shining on the ocean in front of the cottage,the clean cool air, the sounds of birdsong and the waves splashing on the rocks. There is a front deck for relaxing or grilling and the lawn and flower gardens to enjoy. Take the path leading to wild roses and your own rocky beach. Sit on the spacious seating platform at the beach's edge, where you can take in the beautiful ocean views, seabirds, and bald eagles.
