Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Washington County

This is my second stay at Julie’s place. I love the convenience to downtown Fayetteville. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a park and playground just outside the back gate. Plenty of room inside, clean, stocked kitchen & bathrooms, games, toys, etc… we had everything needed. We visited Eureka Springs and Cosmic Caverns while there, which are about an hour away. I highly recommend Julie’s place and will stay here again when visiting the area.

Had a short stay however I had everything I needed and the host was flexible with checking in due to plans for the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay! A bevy of snacks greeted us - and even some bones for the pups. Also, a cabinet in the bathroom full of toiletries in case we forgot something and lots of little things we felt were really thoughtful. Such a great host!

Perfect house to host the family visiting. Clean amenities and a great example of the heart of old school Fayetteville. 🫶🏻

Home away from home. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Close to the trials. Very easy to relax and never want to leave. So much room.

I had a great stay. The home is convenient to the Razor Back Greenway and Meteor Coffee. Street was quiet and neighbors are friendly.

Nelle was a great host! very responsive and helpful. We had some packages delivered late(after we check out), and she put them in a safe place to come by to get them. The house was clean, tidy d comfortable. We liked the chaisse end on the sofa. Great stay! Thank you again.

I loved the place. Great amenities to include a lot of What To Do guides and an incredible coffee bar. It had plenty of seating to host family events, too.

Everything was great, place is bigger than it seems in picture, easy to communicate with host.

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

Great location for us for our sons graduation. It was easy to find and check in went smoothly. Host is super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Jerome and Susan’s place. Their property truly feels like a private oasis—surrounded by beautiful gardens, peaceful natural surroundings, and the sound of birds. The apartment is simple but clean and very private, offering a real sense of tranquility. Jerome and Susan are both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help while also respecting your privacy. I especially loved their amazing vegetable garden, which made the stay feel even more special and homey. For future guests, I’d recommend driving an SUV or truck, as the road up can get a bit rough at times. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing spot where you’re treated like family, I highly recommend this place!

Unique and comfortable lodging. We watched a calf being born from our window through binoculars. Bulls, cows, horses, geese, a visiting bunny and a bald eagle captured our interest. Be-Ann and Larry were great hosts and made us feel welcome. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious and there was comfy seating for 7 people in the living room.

We loved staying at Rim River Hollow. It was clean and very well appointed, just as in the pictures and description. We particularly enjoyed hanging out by the river. Vic and Michana were very helpful and responsive, and the check in/out process were very simple. They had arranged for coffee and some snacks which we really appreciated. The highlight of the stay were the two dogs, who were so friendly and well behaved. I cannot wait to come back again!

Fantastic spot to stay when visiting U Ark! Very clean, and safe, location. Easily walkable to campus, sports, anything on Dickenson St, old Fayetteville town square. Street noise some nights (you’ll be on Dickenson!) and an occasional train. Loved it.

We were in town for a baseball tourney and this place was great, especially since it rained a lot! We took morning walks to the Fayetteville square, Dickson street, and edge of campus. Parking in the garage was a bonus. Everything was super clean and we appreciated the extras provided (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, laundry pods, and even some welcome snacks). Thanks for a great stay!

This is such a great spot. Couldn’t be more centrally located on Dickson St. Had all the amenities you need while staying away from home. I would happily book again!!

We’ve previously stayed at three other units in The Dickson; all were nice, but this one stood out. Nicely decorated, well laid out, comfortable and easy access from parking ramp. The terrace is large and has a stunning view of the Fayetteville hills, Dickson Street and downtown. We thoroughly appreciated the extra attention to details like stocking the refrigerator with several bottles of water, a pint of half-and-half, and a stick of butter.
