Holiday rentals with a kayak in Washington County

Jen was awesome and so helpful! Enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub. The biggest hot tub ever!! Enjoyed the screened in porch. Such a calm view. We stayed for my son’s orientation at UA - wasn’t convenient. Teen boys were a little bored. It did rain a lot But was nice to be on the water a bit. It was very quiet and peaceful nevertheless.

Jen’s Place had every lake house amenity imaginable. We took advantage of the back porch with the hot tub, fire pit, grill, dining table, games and great view. We played on the lake with kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat and outdoor fire pit. Mama deer showed off her twins early in the morning. The kitchen had everything for a gourmet meal, coffee bar, huge refrigerator, barware plus two eating areas. The entire house is comfortable and tastefully furnished with a few whimsical touches.

House was very comfortable. Beautiful lake views! Boys loved fishing. Hot tub was perfect! We would absolutely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic. We rented the houses to attend a UofA graduation and didn’t want to put our group in a hotel. Properties were as described and were great for hosting a family dinner. Drive is about a 20-25 minute trip to campus but well worth the trade off for the amenities of the property. Hosts responded to a question we had quickly and were available if needed. Would absolutely stay there again.

I can't adequately describe how great the weekend at The Farm House was. Lucinda was wonderful. Felt like reuniting with an old friend. The home was wonderful. Comfy beds. A magical cake was waiting in the kitchen. The fire pit area was perfection. Wifi was great. We did a projector to watch the Hog baseball game. Fishing was good. Good place to park wave runner when our buddies visited. Had room for football, American football, Baggo, walking trails. Saw a bald eagle, a baby deer nursing from a doe, rabbits, Great Blue Herrons, and just about every other kind of bird.

We absolutely loved our stay at the house on the lake! It’s a beautiful space surrounded by tons of wildlife, with fantastic lake access that made our trip both relaxing and fun. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and spending time on the screened porch—perfect for unwinding after a day of baseball. We were in town for a tournament, and having the lake right there gave us a great way to fish, paddle, and relax between games. It made the whole trip feel like a vacation, even though we were there for sports. The host was incredibly friendly and flexible—when our tournament schedule changed at the last minute, they were able to add an extra day to our stay with no hassle. We really appreciated that! Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Thank you for another fabulous stay at the river house! Our family LOVES this place. The kids spent hours playing outside and the adults enjoyed sitting by the river. Highly recommend!

I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb locations over the years, both through private bookings and with work. This particular one was the best and set the bar high going forward. First off, the host was incredible. Responded immediately to all questions I had, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and even offered to take us on a tour of the area after our arrival. The cabin itself was perfect as well. Spacious, cozy, great linens and plenty of nice oversized towels. We stayed for 3 days and though it rained a good bit of our time here we never lacked entertainment. From the pool/ping pong table, multiple TVs, board games, and books we always had something to keep everyone occupied. The creek was just a short walk away and it brought out the inner kid in me again. The zip line was just icing on the cake. We’d love to come back someday and I’d recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway in NWA!

What a great place! It had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. There are beautiful views and a great deck for a nice fire. Would definitely use again on our next visit! 5 stars!!!

Perfect for our family of four! Our 9- and 11-yo were ecstatic about the loft areas (Note, they are rather high… I probably wouldn’t have wanted this when they were younger). The old-school swivel swing in the kids’ play area was also a highlight. Close to hiking and off-roading trails. AWD SUV + trailer was manageable on the steep gravel driveways. Connie was kind and helpful. Surprisingly well-stocked kitchen for a small cabin. Everyone here gave it full stars!

Just stop here with this review and book now. This place is beautiful and clean! We spent our 10 year married anniversary here 4/23 through the 27th. With plans to hit every trail in our sxs around the area turned into just as much time sitting on the porch talking and looking at the beautiful view. This place has direct trail access for the mill creek trails and surrounding which was perfect! The fire pit was perfect at night, man this place is just beautiful. We will be back with our kids next time because they should be able to experience this beautiful place too! Great job and thank you for the honor to stay here!!

Beautiful cabins and grounds. Well stocked. Easy 10 minute drive to Devils Den.
