Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Washington County

Great home, close to Beaver Lake and not far from campus. Very peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay at hog hill for a baseball tournament at kessler park. Wd had a cookout for the team and it was perfect. There had been tons of rain dk the grass was very high. I messaged the host about possibly mowing since we had a bunch of active boys coming to play football and wiffle ball. They had it mowed within two hours. Fabulous communication and all sorts of amenities and condiments for use. Clean. Peaceful. Welcoming. Liked the art the host makes too.

We loved it and hope to visit again.

The house was bigger than we needed (for a couple) but so glad we stayed there. Totally remodeled & everything was squeaky clean. Master bedroom & bathroom are very nice, including furnishings throughout the house. Great patio, grill & hot tub - which unfortunately we couldn't use due to lots of rain. The kitchen is well stocked but we were out for all our meals & only used the coffee maker. If you are in need of an airbnb in this area, I would definitely recommend this property. We were visiting our son who was only 5 minutes away.

We were very happy with our stay. The home was very nice and there were plenty of options nearby to get out and enjoy ourselves.

We had a great stay at Henry’s home. It was easy to find and our beds were comfortable. We just stayed one night to attend a concert at the Walmart amphitheater (which was a great venue with excellent restaurants around it). Highly recommend seeing a show there and staying at this home. It was 15-20 minutes away. I had a couple of questions and Henry responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Bart was a great host! He had drinks in the fridge for us and tons of snacks for the kids. His home is very cozy and comfortable. It felt like I was in my own house. He has everything there you need in case you forget anything. The pool was the perfect size with lots of seating room around it. We loved the tiki hut and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Would totally recommend. We will be booking again next time we come to visit!

This place is so unique! The house has meditation retreat feels with huge windows overlooking trees that make you feel like you’re deep in the forest. The small pond and cedar trees in the front are so different to the environment we were used to, and it was so nice to sit on the huge front porch during a rain shower, and listen. The hot tub was definitely a highlight of this place! It is covered, so you can relax rain or shine. As the other reviewers have mentioned, this place is decidedly in town, just in a little hollow that makes it feel secluded. We really appreciated the close proximity to downtown Fayetteville, and had a great time on our stay. Some of our favorite spots were the Little Bread Company, the used bookstore on Dickson, and the farmer’s market in downtown. This was our first trip to the area and we left loving Fayetteville!

My husband and I stayed for a couple nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a good time getting away from the busy world and this was a great place to do that. It is very peaceful here. We enjoyed playing darts and pool!

We stayed at Ross and Rachele's place while attending a family reunion at a farm nearby. It was a perfect home base after a long day of gathering. There is a grocery store just a couple minutes down the road and the pool was great for both kids and adults. Would highly recommend as an affordable and convenient option in the area!

I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb locations over the years, both through private bookings and with work. This particular one was the best and set the bar high going forward. First off, the host was incredible. Responded immediately to all questions I had, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and even offered to take us on a tour of the area after our arrival. The cabin itself was perfect as well. Spacious, cozy, great linens and plenty of nice oversized towels. We stayed for 3 days and though it rained a good bit of our time here we never lacked entertainment. From the pool/ping pong table, multiple TVs, board games, and books we always had something to keep everyone occupied. The creek was just a short walk away and it brought out the inner kid in me again. The zip line was just icing on the cake. We’d love to come back someday and I’d recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway in NWA!

This was the perfect place for us to stay for our daughter’s wedding at Sassafras Springs. The cabin is beautifully decorated, very clean and has pretty surroundings. Highly recommend!

This cabin was very convenient during our daughter's wedding weekend at Sassafras Springs Vineyard & Winery. We might just come back again because it was such a beautiful location and comfy cabin.
