House holiday rentals in Wasaga Beach

Our group of three couples stayed with Nonie and Armand for a little staycation, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. As fellow Airbnb hosts, it was a delight to be on the receiving end of such exceptional hospitality. Nonie and Armond truly go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel welcome and cared for. Although it rained for much of our stay, having the covered outdoor gazebo allowed us to continue enjoying the peaceful surroundings. You can tell how much thought and love goes into their home, making it a special place. The photos simply don’t capture how amazing it truly is. Our group frequently rents Airbnbs, and while we were initially hesitant about this type of stay, we are so glad we chose it. Nonie and Armand are wonderful people who made us feel right at home. We wholeheartedly recommend their place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I rented the villa for a group of 16 ladies for a golf getaway. The owners are excellent to communicate with and responded immediately to any questions or issues we had during and before our stay. The villa was spacious and well equipped with dishes ect to accommodate a large group. Beds comfortable. Unfortunately due to the weather the pool was not opened but some enjoyed the hot tub. Grounds looked like the would be very nice but again due to weather grounds we’re not manicured and grass has not been cut. Would definitely book again and hopefully next time enjoy the outdoor area. We were so satisfied for being the first time we booked a AIRBNB. We like the clean airy atmosphere when we walked in. Kitchen was fully equipped for our needs. ( I do a lot of cooking ). We were there for 6 weeks. Our hosts were always in contact to make sure our needs were met. We so enjoyed Midland and everyone was so friendly. We highly recommend this AIRBNB👍💗

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was large and very clean, and in a great location for going to the spa and into the village.

It felt very comfortable and spacious for our small group. The shuttle to and from the village was on time and friendly - we also walked there too during the day. We went to this cottage for a beautiful romantic weekend getaway and we were happy we got that. The owner of the cottage Necker was very kind and helpful, absolutely loved the place and there was plenty of water activities to do. It was easy to check in, communicate and plenty of peaceful vibes. Recommended 100%, please go visit this cottage it is very well worth it. P.S: we loved the character of the cottage with little artpieces and wall art from all over the globe 🌎.

The stay was amazing with family ! There was always lots to do lots of room for everyone ..pool and hot tub were wonderful it was nice to have both as an option ! Communication was on key Amanda answered right away there was no waiting on her that was nice ! If you forgot something behind it was available ( shampoo, spices, ect ) . Overall stay was amazing we are hoping to go back same time next year if available !

The cottage is just off the main road making it extremely convenient. There was more than enough space for our party of ten. We really loved the two living spaces, upstairs and downstairs. And the outside area was beautiful. We had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend Herbs place to friends!

Nice place about a 10 min walk to the beach down some quiet side streets. Great fire pit in the back but the pull out couch leaves something to be desired if you sit on the wrong spot. Loved the vinyl collection and the path across the street.

we had a concert at Casino Rama and this was a great place to spend the night. it was very quiet, peaceful and close to the casino.

This is a great place to stay in Barrie! Large enough for 3 couples. Loved the master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet! Super clean and stocked with everything you need. Great central location.

My family and I recently stayed at Magdalena‘s. The cottage was clean and Magdalena was very friendly and accommodating. There’s beach access and a little playground for children. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Very cosy, a short driving distance from Scandinavian Spa which was our main goal. It's a nice little place, feels secluded although there are neighbours on one side and across the road. Love the sauna and the view from the sauna. Haven't tried the hot tub. We had a relaxing weekend.

The place was ideal. Comvenient, comfortable, super spacious with huge tv and loads of channels. A comparable hotel room would cost 3x as much.

I can’t wait to return. Jennifer’s cottages are a labor of love. You can tell from the attention to every detail. The yellow cottage wasn’t huge, yet it had everything I needed and then some thanks to a clever and organized host. I ran into Jennifer’s husband outside the cottage and the guy is a great host. Gave me tons of recommendations.

went away for the weekend on a girls trip. it was a perfect location for us as we were between Collingwood and Blue mountain. would happily return

My family and I rented Jamie’s place for 2 months and couldn’t have been happier…exceptionally clean when we arrived, and Jamie was always quick to respond to any inquiries. House was very well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, overall an exceptional experience!
