Nicole and Lee were very helpful and responded to any queries I had quickly when I was booking. Area is nice, apartment was ideal and not a bad drive to the NEC which is why we had booked. Probably took us about 20-25 mins to the NEC with traffic but it was an easy drive. Apartment had everything we needed to be self sufficient and there was a Sainsbury’s a few mins drive away so we could stock up on shopping. Thanks!

This is a great apartment with modern fixtures and fittings, tastefully designed and decorated. The place has WiFi as well as free secure parking and is close to Birmingham city centre. Esther was great, she was responsive and always at hand to answer our queries. Nice place to stay, I would recommend.

I was very pleased with the bedsit which is spacious and adequately furnished. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I also liked the carpet which is excellent for exercises.

Great listing, suited us really well. Location was great for us close to the event venue but also accessible to city centre through public transport and driving. Close to an Asda as-well for last minute shop.

Recently stayed at Craig and Jo’s place for one night with 8 friends. We had the best time! The house is gorgeous - so quirky and lots of lovely details. Bedrooms were beautiful. Jo bought us a bag of treats which was such a lovely touch. The hot tub is fab, gardens are gorgeous, and Kev is the most gorgeous and friendly boy 😍 Chickens are chatty girls and also friendly. 12pm check out is immense - will absolutely be back for another girlie get together x

Emma and Johnathan were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and are genuinely lovely people. We booked the house for a small family gathering and we had the best time and took some beautiful photographs in the gardens that created lasting memories.

Na was a super host! The property is located in a very nice and quiet residential area. What you see on the listing is exactly how the property looks. Very clean and spacious. We even wanted to extend our stay. We will surely be back again, this now our go to place when we visiting Birmingham. Thank you Na for accommodating all our needs.

Bill's place is a perfect place to stay for exploring Digbeth and the city centre. A short 5 minute walk down the road to the open markets and bull ring. A lovely, cosy flat, heating was on and it was clean. The thing it doesn't show on the photos is that you get a private balcony which we loved! Definitely worth the price as we stayed for 3 nights. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again, Bill!

Bill’s place is very central which makes getting around very easy. The flat is comfortable and Bill was very easy to communicate with.

This room have just got the new Wi-Fi. And it’s located in the city central. It took you just a few steps to the new street station. It is very convenient 👍👍👍

I stayed here for my short duration in Birmingham and thoroughly enjoyed it. However it being on a main road may be a problem for some guests, so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that, had no issues staying here, and would do so again.

Vaughn made me feel right at home, was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are travelling for Birmingham University - it’s walkable distance. I felted welcomed and cared for. We had some good talks too!

On the day of arrival, an unfortunate and unforeseen circumstance arose and we couldn’t stay at the property due to maintenance faults. The owner was very responsive with relaying the information to myself and making sure I was kept in the loop with all the details of what was going on. When it came to definitively not being able to stay in the property, the owner was extremely apologetic and offered a refund straight away or to personally find a new place for us to stay at. She put money in from her pocket to cover a full refund so that we could book somewhere else straight away. She was very very helpful and responsive when an unexpected situation occurred and did her upmost to make sure we still had a pleasant visit to the city. Nothing but kind words to say, if we’re ever back, we would love to stay with her as I’m sure her properties are just as professional and established as Kay is!
