Located in a quiet environment at the end of our 800 metres track from the Prince’s highway and a few steps from the water’s edge. Our home has the privilege of private beach access and magnificent ocean views. Both spacious rooms provide a rural outlook that is located off the edge of our family home courtyard.

Abalone Seaside Apartment is in close proximity to many of Warrnambool’s top locations including, Lake Pertobe, Flagstaff Hill featuring a brilliant sound and light show, Warrnambool’s main beach, geothermal pool and skate park, and walking distance to some fabulous restraunts, including, the Lady Bay, Simons and the Pavilion. In the house you will find access to, skateboards, boogy boards, a table tennis table and bbq. The house has three levels, with a deck on the second floor.
