An absolute gem. Set in beautiful countryside, this is a perfect venue for a quiet retreat. The annexe is spacious, comfy and clean. Host Davina always friendly and responsive if needed. Lovely walks straight out the garden. Recommend nearby Indian restaurant, Upton House/Gardens and decent pubs with food. Hope to stay again!

Hill view lodge

VictorRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
The lodge was beautifully presented. The space was well thought out with beautiful furniture and art. The location was private but easy to find. There were lots of nice touches to welcome us which we really appreciated after a long drive. Breakfast, water, shower supplies (and bottle of wine). The lodge had everything anyone could need. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of storage for a longer stay. We were amazed by how much natural light there was (we kept thinking we’d left a light on!) One of the nicest places we have stayed.

The Garden Flat - Luxury double Cotswold apartment

CraigRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Anne is a wonderful host and her cottage is just perfect for a 2-3 day getaway to visit the Cotswolds! Sparklingly clean, cosy, spacious lots of small added extras which made our stay even more pleasant. Anne’s insight into the Cotswolds and suggested restaurants and pubs and places to visit was extra special.

Charming barn annexe in rural Oxfordshire

SarahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My little dog, Mollie and I had a lovely one night stay. Philippa’s place was perfect for our needs and so quiet - we both had a great sleep. The bed was super comfy and a lovely big bathroom with great shower. Philippa was super responsive and kindly recommended a lovely pub for an evening meal. Sorry not to get to meet you, Philippa but thanks for all your help and for a great stay 😊

The Hide

SukpreetRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had the most wonderful stay in the charming countryside. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The property is beautifully maintained—clean, cozy, and full of character. It’s even better than the pictures! The peaceful surroundings were exactly what we needed for a relaxing escape. The kitchen was well-equipped for home-cooked meals, and the little touches—local guidebooks, and thoughtful amenities—really made a difference. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat in nature with all the comforts of home, this is the place. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The Old Bakery Oxfordshire

LauraRating, 5 starstoday
Well, where to start?! The venue met and exceeded all our expectations. We booked as a surprise for my Mums 70th birthday and Jackie, the host, couldn't have been more accommodating. She made the journey to meet us personally and even went as far as to leave birthday wine and treats as a gift. Nothing was too much trouble and the lovely Michael was also on site in a separate property should we have had any additional queries. The house was simply stunning, the decor and facilities second to none - with lots of additional lovely touches like a children's desk stocked with lego, games and colouring materials. The garden was simply beautiful, we were able to take lots of new family photos against the backdrop of a weeping willow tree and numerous floral bushes and plants, we were blown away further when in the evenings the trees became lit up with twinkly fairy lights which created a relaxing and homely atmosphere. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue - we'll be back!
