Townhome holiday rentals in Wānaka

Loved our stay here with a fantastic host. Stayed here with 8 people and had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended and would love to come back in winter.

Great place to stay. Very Warm house, the fire is exceptional. We let Bernice know we were going to be arriving late, and she kindly turned on the lights and heat pump for us. 2 minute walk to the legendary Wanaka food cart prescient. Would defiantly book again.

This is an excellent location and spacious property. Would happily stay here again.

Great little place, close to Cardrona hotel and easy access. Very clean. In summer it is very hot in the bedrooms but good AC in living room. Thanks for having us

This townhouse was very clean and tidy and had all the essentials for cooking. However, I disliked the process that the management company implement to confirm you as a guest (had to take a photo of my ID and a selfie and fill in more documents) when air bnb already verifies you as a guest. I also think some art work on the walls could add character to the space (& some kid toys would be so great as I’ve noticed this really sets apart good/great air bnbs now travelling with a toddler!). Overall, we had a comfy stay and Wanaka is just so beautiful!

Very nice stand alone property. Great floor plan with everything you need available. Very good bed and linens. Nice to have a 2 piece bathroom on the main floor. Nicely decorated with local photos and decent furniture. Only thing is when you are outdoors on the patio it is somewhat noisy with a fairly busy road next to the property. We would stay again.

Perfect little place to stay, lovely short drive to Wanaka and a walk across to the shops. Thankyou for having us, it was amazing!

Ajay's townhouse is brand new, quiet, and comfortable. While it's a 30-minute walk from downtown Wanaka, there are great amenities within a 5-minute walk, including a supermarket, coffee shop, and brewery. Ajay is very responsive, and Mini, the local property manager, is exceptionally helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location being able to walk across the road to the bakery and local pub for dinner. Lovely clean and tidy apartments. Perfect for us with our two young adult children. Convenient having parking right outside the door. Not a lot of space in lounge if you had young children wanting to play though. Lovely compact garden though which would be great for them in summer months. Quite steep stairs to bedrooms so may not be suitable for older guests.

My stay at Burrows Hatch was extremely enjoyable. The location was perfect and having a supermarket, cafe and pub in walking distance was great. I loved the location and the house met all my expectations. Highly recommend

We loved our stay at this flat! It was close enough to all the main attractions but also out of the traffic. The grocery and bakery near by was also a plus! The apartment is beautiful and the fireplace was a warm welcome. We loved it here. Perfect for our family of four!

A perfect spot for a family holiday. Right next to the lake, quiet neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. Kylie was super responsive. Having 2 bathrooms plus 1 extra toilet was a bonus. I'd definitly come back in near future!

This place was a pleasant surprise for us. It is modern-build, packed with heaters, heated floors in toilet, gas fireplace, various (new and shiny) kitchen appliances and everything else you need. In the same, area there are few shops: supermarket, a cafe, liquid store etc which is very handy. We enjoyed every minute staying here. Thank you
