Our Cute Tiny House

Comfy ,cozy and well insulated, compact tiny house , separate to our house The tiny house sits on a trailer . It is built with sips panels (Structurally insulated panels) , with double glazing , so is warm in the winter and cool in the summer and has plenty of choices of heating or cooling. On the back of the tiny house is a deck , on which you can enjoy a cold drink. The nearby trees loose their leaves in winter which allows the sun to shine in and they provide shade in the summer

Uninterrupted lake views await your next very special getaway. This retreat is a perfect blend of luxe and retro in an architecturally designed 1960's Cottage nestled in outstanding natural beauty. There is nothing between you and the spectacular lake view apart from some deep breaths, a wine and some down time. This is the best view in Lake Hawea! The Cottage sits at the front of the property with a fenced off and completely separate Corner Peak Studio at the back of the property.

The house is double glazed and heated or cooled by heat pumps in the lounge and all bedrooms. All beds have electric blankets. Appliances include - Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, Stereo, 65” TV with Chrome cast and Sky Sport. BBQ and outside table and chairs. Our newly built stylish, temporary apartment is warm, sunny, & surrounded by an established garden with 80 year old fruit trees. We have a fully functioning kitchen, an underfloor heated tiled bathroom, with full bath to ease those aching muscles after a long ride on the local Rail Trails. Two super comfy Super King beds.
