A spacious, private home that is modern, stylish and comfortable in Wanaka with mountain views. Immaculate and warm ( double glazed, 2 heat pumps and a gas fire). A 3 bedroom house (maximum number of guests 7) with beautiful furnishings and fully equipped. There are two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with one single bed and one bunk. Two bathrooms (master has ensuite) with separate showers, The house is professionally cleaned and all linen is provided.

Modern warm house, with a large courtyard. On clear nights amazing stargazing over Mt Iron, in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The house has three bed rooms. One with King bed with ensuite, walk in wardrobe. The other two with Queen beds and main bathroom over the hallway. Open plan kitchen, living and dinning. Log burner and or heat pump to stay nice and cosy. Located a quick 5 minute drive to down town Wanaka.

Our property was built in 2016 it has wonderful mountain vistas, walking & mountain bike tracks at its door step, light and airy inside with modern decor, open plan living, cool kids bunk room, great indoor out door flow for entertaining on the patio, wood fire for colder winter months. Cardrona and Trebble Cone ski fields just 30mins drive away and the lake is a fifteen minute walk or a few minutes drive.
