Kathrin's apartment is a great find in expensive Zurich! A totally complete kitchen in an ideal, peaceful neighborhood setting and fairly priced. I was able to come and go freely with inexpensive Uber rides to everything in Zurich. Kathrin is very friendly and readily communicates. She helped me with ideas of where to go eat dinner on the evening of my arrival when I was tired and it was getting late. Thank you, Kathrin!

Great place to stay for affordability in Zurich. Steps away from train, tram & bus with only 10 minutes ride to Old Town. We had to move units due to a quickly resolved issue, but we discovered not every unit has a kitchenette. We were very glad the second unit offered a 2 burner stove & more cabinet & refrigerator space. But, excellent caffe in upstairs restaurant.

The apartment was spotless, easy to get in. The host was very responsive and the early check in was greatly appreciated. It was a perfect location for us with relatives in the neighborhood but also with nearby shopping centers and several public transportation options. Be aware that the building is located in a neighborhood where you can hear airplanes flying overhead. The underground paid parking was very convenient. The weekly cleaning was excellent. We will definitely stay there again for our next visit.

The place plus the host both stood out. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. we struggled with the stove for a brief time but she took the pain and came in person to help us. not only that her responses were always on time and polite. now about the place, it is near to the main station and city .. we covered all important places easily.. and when we came back we had the ease of staying at a cozy comfortable place.. Thanks very much Erika for hosting us. you have given us memories to cherish.

Hi, I would like to give full marks to the host for her warm welcome and response and great place to stay during my vacation with family. About apartment, was neat and clean and all required amenities present like sofa, dining table, bedroom, kinder room, bathroom with washing machine and dryer and kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, stove and all utensils. Everything was neat and clean and felt home always. About location is great, with easy access to aldi supermarket just nearby to apartment. Walkable distance to tram station which connects to city easily. Very good lake and big garden nearby walkable distance to enjoy evening. Overall very good place to stay during vacation. Rennweg…I used to think this is a very noisy touristic street and I couldn’t imagine the one can find a peaceful place for a living nearby. Little did I know! Jörg‘s place is an exceptional combination of a central location with calmness and comfort.

We stayed for 2 nights and were actually a bit sad that we hadn’t booked the place for longer. It’s such a nice and cosy place, filled with art, we felt right at home when we entered. Kathrin had given very clear instructions for how to enter and check-in was flexible. Kathrin had also provided some breakfast stuff to start off, which was very sweet. Do note that airplanes fly over in the neighbourhood sometimes, so bring earplugs if you need full silence to sleep. A plus was that you can fully darken the bedroom to sleep.

It was lovely place, pretty close to the town area with COOP departmental store next door. Very elegant designed rooms and nice balcony. Highly recommended for someone wanting to live in peace and witness swiss style of living.

A nice flat, in a very quiet green area slightly outside the city centre with a direct and fast connection to the city centre by tram. Very clean and well maintained, with the added advantage of a private car park directly in front of the house. Kamil handed us the keys in person and we appreciated his interest and several details, for example the coffee already ground or the body hygiene products. The mattress could be a bit more comfortable, but the absolute quietness made it possible for us to sleep very well. Absolutely recommendable, especially for those who want to retreat to a quiet place after a day of traveling/sightseeing.

The host had a wonderful, eclectic, modern apt street level. The private green patio space was an added bonus. It felt like home and very private with the hidden patio from the road. We felt very safe. Beat was fantastic to meet us at the apt., show us how to use the lighting, kitchen, etc. He gave us pictures with specific directions to get there from the train and messaged me with suggestions on restaurants, areas and train stops in Zürich. The bedding, kitchen and bathroom was top notch. We loved having a washer and dryer that was not a mini to wash clothes before flying out. We will stay again if we fly into Zurich on our travels.

We had a fabulous 5-night stay in this lovely open-plan studio apartment in Zurich. The space was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our trip — with plenty of towels provided and convenient parking right outside. It’s located in a peaceful area, which made it a great place to return to after spending our days exploring the beautiful sights of Switzerland. Our host, Kathrin, was absolutely wonderful — warm, responsive, and very understanding. In our rush to catch a flight, we accidentally left with the keys, but Kathrin was incredibly kind and patient while we sorted it out (we’ve since posted them back!). Very clean and beautiful home close to Zurich HB main station. My family enjoyed the peace and accessibility to main city. Air conditioning was icing on the cake 😊😊

Exceptional apartment in a very quiet location. Absolutely recommended.

Everything is very high quality and modern - we were just amazed. The amenities are so complete, like at home. Nothing is missing. It goes far beyond the normal level for vacation rentals. If you need something (raclette, sled), just ask the landlord. Very helpful. The view from the apartment is excellent, sunrise behind the mountains... An exceptional luxury apartment in a great location in the Black Forest, a few minutes' drive to Switzerland.

We can highly recommend this accommodation; we especially enjoyed the quiet location and the nature. The apartment is very spacious and lovingly furnished. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and from the balcony, where we ate every day, you have a great view.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.
