This unique holiday home, with a decking area of the wirral waterfront has a style all of its own! + free parking( if reserved ) please note, there are steps down to the property, (as we are situated on a road with a hill) the steps take you down to a beautiful view from the garden decking ,and then on to our very stylish lower apartment , cruise ships and other vessels sailing along , which can be seen clearly ,a very relaxing place to stay while you enjoy sitting on the decking area.!

New Brighton Marine Parade, multi-screen cinema, theatre, ten pin bowling, bars, restaurants, supermarkets & more only 15 mins walk. 3 mins to two great local pubs & Vale Park. 45 mins to Liverpool & Manchester airports. Apartment is quiet and spacious,. We provide continental breakfast . Well behaved dogs are welcome , we charge a fee of £30 per stay for a dog.

The rooms were perfect and well appointed, modern and lovely and clean. Sam was really responsive as we had some questions prior to our visit. We were allowed the use of the private drive for the duration of the stay.. We had coffee and tea making facilities and a toaster, with bread, butter and porridge pots in the room. Sam and her husband could not have been more helpful and even offered to take us to Anfield for our concert. I would thoroughly recommend staying at Sam’s place. It was lovely to be the other side of the water to Liverpool and the views from the back bedroom were amazing. Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely loved my time with Candida! She made me feel at home, gave me my personal space when I needed it and also enjoyed a cuppa when we were both free. Would highly recommend Candida as a host but also her beautiful, warm and cosy home as a place to stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable

This is a bright cheery room with the comforts of home. Jack has taken a lot of care to make and inviting and functional space. The house was quiet and is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with easy walking access to a park, the beach, restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend!
