Doreen's is perfectly located with beautiful views across the trees in Prince's Park. The flat had everything you might need for a stay and is really well appointed. Check-in was easy and Doreen was friendly and provided is with all the info we needed for our stay. We loved being so close to the park and enjoyed doing Parkrun during our stay and made the most of the restaurants and cafes on Lark Lane for brunch and our evening meal. Liverpool City centre is a short 15-20 minute bus ride away with lots of bus routes stopping a short distance from the flat. The only slight downside was that there was a strong smell of smoke in the bathroom which meant that we had to keep the bathroom door closed and windows open to air the flat. I feel like this was coming from other flats close by and wasn't anything that the host was responsible for, but wanted to make others aware.

Nice apartment with all the essentials. Comfortable bed. The only thing is the bed is wooden and creeks with every move. Prime location, super central. Easy to access. Good system. Elevator seems to be out of order for a while. Quite a few flights of stairs. Stuart is friendly and responds quickly.

Adam and Zak were the perfect hosts. The flat was immaculate and styled gorgeously with the most comfortable bed in the world. Was a very hot so very grateful for the floor fan that we took to help sleep. The sash windows let in a nice breeze too. Bear in mind the flat is on the 2nd floor so quite a few stairs to navigate and on a main road so will need to park out front to unload before finding a car Park. We used Mount pleasant which is a 5 min walk away and costs £6 for 24 hours. Recommended the Spice Bloom restaurant up the road for a wonderful Indian meal. We stayed in John’s apartment for 4 nights. The weather was perfect and we got to sit out and enjoy the beautiful garden. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed coming back after a day visiting family to relax. The location is close to restaurant and bars across the park from the house. The kitchen is amazing and their living room area is stunning. Thank you John for a relaxing stay.

Jordan’s communication was fabulous from beginning to end. He provided loads of useful info of the area and kept us updated throughout. The apartment was exactly as described with the most amazing views and central to shops, bars, restaurants and all the tourist attractions. We were a group of 4 and would all recommend the stay. We enjoyed our time "In the Pink". Joanne's place is in a fantastic area with beautiful views and immaculately presented! Every comfort is thought of and we would highly recommend staying here when visiting the friendly, awesome Liverpool.

Perfect venue to accommodate us whilst waiting for our house purchase to complete. Particularly liked self contained accommodation with own access door and all on the one level - no stairs. A real bonus was the weekly fresh bedding and towelling and general cleanup as we were here for 5 weeks. We had no issues during our stay but on the occasions that we saw Karen she always checked that everything was ok. Thank you Karen.

The studio apartments was modern, clean and tidy. It was reasonably close to places we wanted to go and buses were very close and worked well. Because the location had changed we were a little confused at first with the location because it was based actually in a conference centre that is only used on weekdays. This did mean access is slightly complicated but once we’d taken all this on board it proved to be great.

The place was beautiful exactly how it looked in photos. Super close to everything we did in Liverpool 2 min walk to bars and restaurants as well as shops. Was a great experience and would recommend this place. It is a third floor walk up so keep that in mind. Would stay again if visiting Liverpool

The flat has everything you need, and it’s lovely to have the outside space on the roof. Very easy to walk into town

We had a great stay at Michael’s place when visiting Liverpool for a weekend with family. We stayed with our 10 month old baby and Michael was a great host and prepared a travel cot, high chair and toys for our son. His place was big enough for two couples to enjoy it easily, and Michael communicated check in instructions really clearly and was very responsive! It was a 20minute walk to Birkenhead Park station then 10mins on the metro into town so fairly central. Not many shops nearby so it’s best to buy any necessities in town or nearby the station before heading to the property. We enjoyed being beside Birkenhead Park - they host parkrun there on a Saturday am which was a good course! We’d recommend this place and be happy to stay again :)

We booked this last minute and Callum was great. Gave us all the information we needed ASAP and checking was extremely easy and building was great location and easy to find. Very modern, clean and spacious in the heart of Liverpool. Thanks Callum!

We had a fantastic stay at Andy’s apartment. It is very central, just minutes away from the city centre and there is a car park directly opposite. The apartment is huge and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and very quiet, despite being near the road. Andy was a great host, extremely responsive and gave us recommendations as this was our first visit to Liverpool. If you are thinking of booking Andy’s place, don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.

Stayed here for my boyfriends 30th and had a great evening inside the property. There was 15 of us all together and there was so much space. The pictures really don’t do the property justice on how much space there really is. The layout was great for such a social gathering. Rooms were spacious, well heated and comfortable. We didn’t go out so I can’t comment on the location in terms of restaurants, bars, distance to liverpool centre. But if you’re planning on staying in, I would 100% recommend this property. Jonny and Diane were lovely welcoming hosts, the flat was really fun to stay in, especially for the kids to explore! The hot tub was especially fun. Very dog friendly, our lab even had a treat off Jonny! Very close to a couple of supermarkets and a pharmacy which came in handy.

The apartment is close by the liverpool lime station. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It is clean and to walkable distance to all nice places in liverpool. We find the price fair for what is being offered. The host is responsive and clear, I would recommend to stay there.

Had a great time here, really nice place to come stay, very clean and well looked after. And the views nearby are amazing.

This was our second visit to Lynne's place and once again we had a wonderful time. Lynne was a congenial host and the apartment had everything as described. A two minute walk takes one down to the River Mersey foreshore with paved footpath alongside, and Anthony Gormley's "The Men" can be seen en route. From the kitchen the view of the garden and over to the West Lancashire Golf Course is delightful. Parking right outside and short walk to train station were a bonus. We look forward to another return visit one day.

Fantastic space! Hosts were extremely helpful before check-in. Space is beautifully decorated and was sparkling clean and had everything one needs for your stay! Area is great with nice pubs and restaurants around. Definitely recommend!
