Lovely little place to spend a few days. The area was quiet, the surrounding gardens beautiful and peaceful and the accommodation comfortable. The place had all the amenties needed as well as a few little extras to make the stay special. John provided ample information and suggestions on information sheets and brochures with ideas to explore the area. We didn't meet John until the day we were leaving so the place was very private too. We would visit again if we are in the area in the future :)

The apartment was extremely comfortable, very clean, with tasteful decor and a well equipped kitchen. Good location. The host is extremely responsive and friendly. Would recommend to friends and would stay again.

Ayesha was pleasant, responsive and clear with all of her instructions and interactions. The check in was easy, we booked late for one night only and was still able to checkin without issues. The complex was neat, quiet and close to facilities for food.

This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

Barb was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy with a locked box key. Studio was well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. Fully equipped kitchen with pod coffee maker, comfy bed, tv, boardgames. Everything has been thought of. Was very clean and tidy. We were kindly invited to use backyard facilities too, fire pit, bbq and games. Thank you for a letting us stay 😊

We had a great overnight stay at Frank's place. It was private and peaceful and Frank was great with local recommendations. Would recommend a stay here!

We stayed at Claires apartment during Easter break, instruction to access the property was very clear. It was amazingly sweet that Claire and team have prepared milk, bottled water, Easter eggs and hot cross buns, very much appreciated! The kitchen and living room is spacious with all essentials supplied, one feedback as shared with Claire is to replace the kettle. The ensuite is spacious with balcony, though recommend the cleaning/maintenance of bedding supplies to be updated in future. Bathroom was tidy with enough supplies for two nights. The property overall is in a great location, very easy to access the surrounding for grocery, shopping and dine out.

The place is absolutely AMAZING. It is truly a HOME. It has ALL the cooking equipment that you need if you’re planning to do a BBQ or cook up a meal! It also has a washer and dryer WITH detergent, truly convenient and very comfortable for everyone. You will NOT be disappointed.

Wonderful place and stay! Area can get a little dodgy at night so best to stay indoors after sunset. Other than that, location is convenient with malls/supermarket/bus stop/hospital and train station within walking proximity. Place is very spacious and comfortable. And Joanne was a great host and extremely responsive! Amazing all around!

such a cute little 2 storey place. walking distance to one of the best cafes in the area and a shirt drive or leisurely walk to the local shopping centre. Amanda was very responsive and gave great tips on things to do and places to go in the area. such a great visit.

We were visiting family in the area. We will come back again to make use of the fabulous kitchen, we stayed 5 nights, next time it will be longer. The unit has been tastefully renovated throughout. Much better inside than we expected, such a contrast to the exterior. Our family visited and loved it. Such a quiet area and close to Frankston and seaford. Densil and Meron.

We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable. It had a smart TV, really soft bath towels and I really loved the little powerful hair dryer. We also love staying at places that have a washer so we can pack lighter. It also has the extra bits and pieces like washing liquid, salt and pepper and toiletries if you needed them. The accommodation was even better than expected! The spa was amazing and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of with all that was supplied☺️

Wow, this was a magical experience. Loretta was so nice and kind to us and easy to deal with. We stayed at paradise the views were 10x better than photos just breathless. You can tell Loretta goes to a lot of effort to make you feel happy, the beautiful delicious bread! The eggs that were fresh, the breakfast assortments the dressing gowns etc. We cannot recommend this stay enough!!!!! Definitely worth going to and having a beautiful relaxing unwind of a weekend :) we have kids and grandkids so was amazing to just have some r and r ! Have already recommended to friends and we will hopefully be back :)

The apartment was very comfortable, beautiful views particularly at sunset but also early morning with large balconies to enjoy it from, and an easy walk down to the beach. Parking in the building is great. Everything was clean and well looked after, and there were helpful pantry and fridge supplies. The beds were very comfortable, and nice modern bathrooms. Access to the highway to explore is very easy.

Carola’s place is in a private & quiet corner of the resort close to the pool. The unit is very clean and functional with all the necessities provided, including a bath (which wasn’t in the listing, so a welcome surprise for our toddler). The resort is quite fun for kids, with pools and games rooms and a kart track. A lovely place to stay- highly recommended.

From first making the booking, Margaret was very mindful of us and a great communicator. Very friendly and welcoming. She checked we had received the instructions on how to gain access and that we understood the procedure. The view of the sea and being an easy walk to the township were great attributes.
