One of the Best Airbnb Stays We've Had! This villa was truly one of the best Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a spacious house with all modern amenities, beautifully maintained and perfectly located. The views of the Black Forest from both the living room and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The large balcony with a dining table made it perfect for enjoying meals with a breathtaking view. The villa also has a beautiful garden and a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The private sauna and wellness area were a fantastic bonus — we wish we had booked a couple more days to enjoy it even more! Melanie was a wonderful and friendly host, making our stay even more comfortable. Just a note for future guests: having your own transportation is essential, as there’s no public transport nearby. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und die bequemen Betten. Der Gastgeber/die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Das Haus war super. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren klasse und auch der Garten war zum Grillen perfekt. Er liegt zwar an der Straße, aber man ist durch Büsche geschützt. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge perfekt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

Le logement correspond à la description et aux photos. Il se situe à un bel endroit calme mais proche de tout. Eugen a été un hôte parfait. Il a su nous conseiller et a être à notre écoute. Si nous reviendrons dans la région, on séjournera à nouveau chez Eugen !

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsen und 4 Kindern bei allerschönstem Sommerwetter im Ferienhaus Lotus und sind begeistert von dem schönen und gut ausgestattetem Haus, sauber und ordentlich. Alle Betten waren bezogen, Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Streicheltiere, Sandkasten und fahrbare Spielgeräte waren sehr gefragt bei den Kindern und auch Erwachsenen, die Gokarts waren der Hit. 😄 Es war wunderschön dort und jederzeit zu empfehlen.

We wanted peace and quiet and that’s exactly what we got. Ines’ place is a dream. It’s located in a small village with a drive through the beautiful Schwarzwald forest. There is a small grocery store down the street with a meat market next to it and a bakery across from it. Not too far away are bigger grocery stores and shopping centers but we didn’t even find a need for those. The location is ideal for day trips to France and even Switzerland and returning to the tranquility of the house after a long day of exploring was wonderful. The host lives next door if you need anything but the rest of the house is surrounded by meadows and trees as far as the eye can see. The stars light up the sky at night, and sitting outside to watch them was a treat. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Ramona was a wonderful host—kind, communicative, and very thoughtful throughout our stay. The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. She was quick to respond to any questions and made sure we felt at home. We really appreciated her hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We stayed here with family of five and really loved our experience. The space was super cute and designed incredibly well. We had plenty of room to stretch out. Our favorite standouts would be the hike to the waterfall right out the back door, the sauna at the end of a long day, and our kids loved the toys they had on hand. As a family we loved eating on the patio and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. It was easy to get to a number of great close by destinations. We loved it and want to come back in the winter!!!

Ein wunderschönes Apartment mitten im Herzen des Schwarzwaldes! ❤️-lich wird man willkommen geheißen mit zwei leckeren Tannenzäpfle u. einer Flasche Wasser. Die Küche lässt auch sonst keine Wünsche offen,alles da was man braucht. Selbst die Starbucks Kapseln für die Nespresso Maschine;) Die Sauna ist der absolute Hammer und lässt einen nach einer langen Wanderung super Entspannen. Auch mega angenehm,die Regendusche und die ganzen kleinen "Geschenke" in Form von Creme's u. Seifen die im komplett neuen und modernen Badezimmer stehen. Heizkörper mit Boost Funktion,damit auch das Handtuch mollig warm ist nach dem Duschen. Da kann man nur noch super entspannt ins Kingsize Bett fallen und vor dem riesigen TV einschlafen. Das Walgdgeflüster ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und regionaler Deko eingerichtet – super gemütlich und es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung, das bequeme Boxspringbett und der herrliche Sitzplatz mit Blick in den Wald waren echte Highlights. Perfekt zum Abschalten und Geniessen! Der Check-in war total unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin sehr herzlich. Diese schöne Wohnung können wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wenn wir mehr Sterne vergeben könnten, würden wir es sofort tun. 🤩 Die Wohnung ist mit so viel Liebe und Stil eingerichtet, wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde darin verliebt und wohlgefühlt. Es wurde an alles gedacht, es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick von dem unglaublichen Balkon hat einen sofort in den Erholungsmodus versetzt und man konnte einfach nur dieses wunderschöne Panorama und die malerische Umgebung genießen. Wieder zu fahren fiel uns mehr als schwer. Die Kommunikation mit Oliver war ebenso 1A - sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch das familiengeführte, benachbarte Gasthaus "Zum Hirschen" ist sehr zu empfehlen - kulinarisch wurden wir dort äußerst verwöhnt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This place is amazing. We would give 6 stars if we can! Melanie and Daniel are wonderful hosts, always responsive and friendly. The apartment is very new, clean, bed is comfortable, kitchen is well equiped for every day cooking, as well as for long stays. It's pleasantly furnished and it felt like home. Location is quiet in a natural environment. You can do many walks around.

Alles war tiptop. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt über's Wochenende benötigten. Franzi hat rasch geantwortet und uns verständliche Anweisungen inkl. Fotos für den Check-In zugestellt. Direkt unterhalb der Wohnung befindet sich ein Restaurant, wo man sehr lecker essen kann. Es war ruhig und gemütlich.

Die Wohnung ist einfach toll: Sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die zwei Bäder ideal für vier Personen. In der Küche war alles da, was wir fürs Kochen gebraucht haben - wir wären gerne länger geblieben! Der Hochschwarzwald hat uns sehr gefallen und Höchenschwand hat eine gute Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge - wir kommen bestimmt wieder und hoffen, dass die Wohnung dann wieder frei ist!

Malonda es increíble. Muy simpática y siempre pendiente por si necesitas algo. Nos ha ayudado muchisimo en todo. El apartamento era genial, todo como en las fotos y muy limpio. Recomiendo al 100% este alojamiento. Es el mejor de todos en los que he estado, sin duda.

Die Unterkunft hat uns rundum begeistert! Sie ist sehr gut gelegen, alles war schnell und bequem erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist mit allem möglichen ausgestattet, es gibt viele Spiele und Bücher - auch ein Geduldspiel, das wir leider nicht lösen konnten 😅 In ca 8 min an der Bushaltestelle, wobei der Bus am Sonntag nur sehr sporadisch fährt. Zu Fuß ist man aber auch in ca 15-20 min am Paula-Modersohn-Platz und von dort mit der Stadtbahn Richtung Freiburg. Würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Personen. Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Gerhard war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. We spent a wonderful week staying with Maj Britt and Klaus at their beautiful winery and loved every moment of it. From start to finish, they were the perfect hosts — always helpful and welcoming without ever being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel at home. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the wine tasting and it was great to hear more about the winery! The accommodation was exactly what we were after: clean, tidy, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay. Also it is a great location close to Freiburg and the Black Forest. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience — we’d love to visit again!
