Great experience! The pictures do not do this place any justice! It was spacious and very clean! Host was very responsive!

The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. The host was very friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend David’s place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Greg’s place was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great place to stay during our family vacation to DC!

I felt right at home! The plants greeting you at the front stoop are adorable and the home is clearly lovingly maintained :)

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

This place is a great homebase if you’re exploring Washington/Arlington. King Street is just down the road, so there is a huge variety of places to eat nearby. There are a lot of little extras (shampoos, and cooking ingredients and the like) that aren’t listed, but are available. Super convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable for our group. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and the extra half bath made things even more convenient. The patio was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings—cozy and private. What really stood out were the hosts—they were extremely kind, welcoming, and super responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One thing to note: there are quite a few steps throughout the property, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. That said, it worked great for our group, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My family of 6 stayed at Alvaro’s place for our daughter’s graduation weekend from Georgetown University! The home couldn’t have been in a better location! Very walkable to wonderful restaurants, shops and bakeries. We did not have to rent a car, we walked everywhere we needed to in Georgetown and if we had to go downtown we took an Uber, which was very convenient. The house couldn’t have been better for my family. Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed having family meals at the big dining room table and at the end of the day we could all fit in the living room and talk about our day. We also enjoyed the beautiful lush patio. We would have afternoon cocktails out there before we went to dinner. It was well appointed with all the amenities you may need and the air conditioner worked really well, even on the third floor. I cannot say enough about how perfect this home was and also how easy the communication was with Alvaro. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Soul’s place was very clean and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a short stay. Great quiet location, not too far from DC attractions. Soul was a very responsive host. House is a bit outdated, but cleanliness, host, location and free parking more than make up for it.

Rudolph’s home was wonderful! It was perfect for our little group and perfect distance from the concert we were attending. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rudolph was super helpful if we had any questions and a great host. Would recommend :)

Most significantly, David periodically messages you to inquire of your comfort and stay, like a seasoned concierge who knows the art of timed engagement to make you feel special while not seeming intrusive. You will absolutely enjoy David’s home which is an outstanding value in price and exceeded all of my expectations for luxury, cleanliness, comfort, ease of communication, and amenities. David’s hosting services shows his authentic appreciation to you as his guest, and I will have this location as my ‘home away from home’ in future visits to Alexandria, Virginia.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the week during the cherry blossom festival. It looks exactly like the pictures. Very cozy and comfortable. Easy check-in. Had everything we needed. The kitchen was nice. We fixed breakfast every morning before we went out for the day. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's only 2.5 miles from the city and away from the hustle and noise but close to a Metro, which we used every day. Only a 10 minute walk away on a walking trail, so you don't have to walk on the road. Which was nice. The Metro was very easy to figure out if you've never used it before, like me. The host is amazing. Very quick to respond. Told me to reach out if I needed anything or had any questions. I will definitely rent here again if I ever go back to Washington. 😁

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood felt very safe, and I loved having access to a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials — Liz really thought of everything. I didn’t find myself needing anything extra. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at The Potomac, the home was lovely and suited our needs perfectly. The large dining room and outdoor space enabled us to comfortably enjoy family meals and down time together. Laurie and Collin were informative and attentive hosts, communicating with us throughout our visit. We will most certainly plan a return trip, when we are back in the DC area! Thank you!

Elsy’s place was absolutely as advertised and perfectly suited my needs for a weekend business stay in DC! Despite the low ceiling in the hallway, the place felt MUCH bigger than it was. Tastefully decorated and fully stocked everything! If I’m ever in DC by myself or on a kidcation with my wife in the area, this location will be the first I check for availability!

Kristen’s place was spacious and clean. It was very close to the highway which made traveling easy. The only downsides is that you only get one parking spot, so if you want to park multiple cars, it may be difficult to get additional parking in the neighborhood. It’s not the owner fault, this is just something to keep in mind for multiple cars.

Saad was a terrific host. He was always prompt with responses and made sure all our needs were taken care of. My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful night before the wedding and made great memories in Saad’s private, cozy, and comfortable space. There were plenty of beds for the 8 of us, with nice amenities (even had a printer, which came in so clutch) and cute decor. It was easy to find Saad’s place, and there was ample street parking on the weekends. I would definitely look forward to booking another stay at Saad’s.

This townhouse was wonderful. We had a great time and it was easy to get to the metro and around DC.

The apartment was super peaceful and cozy, it's obvious that Jessica is a very thoughtful host based on the items and amenities that are available. It didn't take much doing to feel comfortable. Travelling from Jamaica, I felt at ease because of how accommodating and responsive Jessica was to any questions or requests I had. I will definitely be booking another stay if I ever visit Maryland again.

We travel a lot, this is one of THE best airbnbs we have ever been to. Olive was nice, responsive and had put a lot of thought into decorating the home. Beautiful, clean, modern and great beds!! She was responsive and so very caring about her guests.

This location was perfect for our weekend plans in DC. The house was super cute, homey, and very clean.t The host was very responsive the one time I needed to reach out, and her check in/out instructions were easy to follow. We really enjoyed our time there and hope we can snag it for our annual trip.

Such an amazing experience! I'm so grateful that I was able to find such an amazing place close to where we were going this weekend! Also Rose was amazing for letting me know I had left my keys! 😭 so glad they let me go pick them up! Amazing hosts! 10/10 would stay here again!
