The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

The apartment is centrally located at Mühldorf train station. In a few minutes' walk, you can be at the city square. There are shops serving everyday needs and many good restaurants. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a residential and commercial building. There are 2 rooms with bathroom available. In each room is a bed for two. There is no kitchen, but there is a beautiful roof terrace. If necessary, you can charge your electric car at the wallbox.
