It was just fantastic at your place. Every question & every request was immediately fulfilled, we felt very comfortable.

We had wonderful days at Katja's in Dießen. Katja and her husband made check-in very easy for us. We felt very welcome and right at home. On our arrival, cakes and homemade jam were ready. Katja is super friendly and gave us a warm welcome, the tips for the area in the guest folder were very helpful. The loft is stylish and furnished with love. The roof terrace invites you to linger. In Dießen and the surrounding area, there are really diverse possibilities to do something. However, you can also simply enjoy the tranquility of the Villa Romenthal and relax. We really didn't miss anything! We'd love to come back and highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you!

The stay with Anja and her family in Schäftlarn was all around pleasant. The accommodation was clean, lovingly furnished and offered everything you need for a relaxing stay. Anja was very warm, helpful and always available. The quiet location in the countryside and the good connection to Munich made the stay perfect. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back! Our dog Yoshi gives at least 100 stars for the garden and the best dog friend - Samba.

Super nice apartment, simply and tastefully furnished and generous, spacious. I was pleased that there were even coffee capsules for the first coffees, a basic set of salt, pepper, oil, soy sauce, sugar, etc. ... and mega: the compartments for waste separation. In the kitchen there is everything you need. Super stove, large refrigerator with large freezer compartment. You could also stay there for a few weeks. 😃 Oh yes: the rainforest shower heads in the bathrooms are also great. And the sofas are super comfortable. I also find the large TV exceptional. If you want to have a movie night, that's great. Communication with Katharina was easy and very nice. The quiet location is awesome! It smells like green meadow and the hiking trails start 200 meters away. My highlights in Kochel: lunch in the "Grauer Bär", the sauna landscape in the Trimini Crystal Spa, the Franz Marc Museum and the surrounding landscape in general. So: highly recommended!

We were allowed to spend a week in the Herzerl Chalet in June and we are sure we will come back! The cottage is very lovingly furnished with details and very clean/ well equipped. There was enough wood/lighter for the stove/ hot tub. The kitchen was super equipped and there were enough towels etc. there. The contact with the alpine farmers is also very friendly and we were supplied with fresh milk every day and, on request, eggs/ pine liqueur. The hostess was always available and guided us once on arrival up to the huts, which is quite well accessible by car via a gravel road. For two people looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the valley, the chalet is just the thing!

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

A little gem - absolutely recommended! I felt completely comfortable in this beautiful, small accommodation. It is designed with great attention to detail, equipped with high quality and incredibly tastefully furnished - really the best of the room! I was particularly impressed by the sweet, little garden, which with its loving arrangement - fairy lights, fresh flowers on the table - simply invites you to linger. It was these many small touches, such as the cold beer in the refrigerator or the harmonious decoration and candles, that made the stay so special. The kitchen is excellently equipped and the bathroom is surprisingly spacious in relation to the size of the accommodation - a real plus! The location is also great: by car you can reach Lake Tegernsee in a short time and the BOB stop is only a two-minute walk away - perfect for excursions into the surrounding area. I would recommend this place with a clear conscience
