Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Wakefield

Matthew and stanka were absolutely amazing hosts when I say they went above and beyond they actually did, we ran into a bit of problem and they allowed us to stay longer so I could sort it. They was no pressure from them. The added bottle of wine and milk and apple juice were nice touches. This will now be our home from home. Quiet area lovely club across the road. Responsive straight away. Everything that's needed in a home was there, it was warm and cosy, nothing to fault. If I could give a million stars I would.

The house was lovely and it was a great price. The road its ob is a bit noisy but other than that i would stay again

Nice, clean and tidy! All amenities were provided and very comfortable beds! We stayed for a show in Temple Newsam and this place was in an ideal location!

Kizzie’s place is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for my husband and I. Didn’t need the car at all and the centre is just a few minutes walk away. Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants to choose from and lovely little shops to browse in. We went to the cinema too which is a few minutes walk away and had a lot of character. Beautiful surroundings, lovely walks down the canal or sit in Kissie’s garden. Bed was so comfy and we slept so well. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Great little find. Helens communication was first class. The place was just the right size for us, had all we needed especially as we ate in half of the time. very hot week and the property being split level helped, as the downs stairs bedroom was nice and cold. very clean neat and tidy. Would I come again? sure, if it was not so far away.

Juliet’s place is absolutely beautiful. So peaceful, beautiful and very easy to get to Ilkley and surrounding areas! Juliet and her husband have been amazing always making sure I’ve got everything I need. Very knowledgeable and friendly made me feel very welcome and at home. I’ll definitely go back next year and hopefully they will host me again Thank you both

Phil was a great host - meeting us when we got there to pass the key over. Had a good chat about the history of the conversion - could tell he was very proud of it, as he should be. Great communication - even helping us out with local taxi info. The place was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the time we spent there - it has a lovely homely feel and very relaxing. Everything you need and very clean. Couldn’t ask for more - only more time to stay there.

Darren and Mat are excellent and very responsive hosts. We stayed at their Bassilica apartment in the heart of Leeds for a week and enjoyed every moment! The location, though a bit noisy at times, is great for traveling around with excellent connectivity and also has loads of eateries and shopping complexes nearby. Very clean apartment with lovely views of the skyline! Certainly recommend it!

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

Lovely place, everything you could want. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, soft fluffy towels, great balcony. Really appreciated the milk,tea and coffee and cooking oil etc. Nicely laid out apartment with some personlised paintings on the walls We really enjoyed our stay would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at Rosie & Chris' place. Great, peaceful location, and cosy and comfortable yet light and spacious home! Also, great selection of music and films and fantastic different hifi options. We hope to make this a regular stay whenever we come up to visit Sheff 😊

Lovely little place to stay. I'm glad Emma helped with the directions as Google maps found it difficult, but I got there eventually. There are quite a few steep steps down from the parking area to consider but I'm sure Emma will take that into consideration for others who might struggle there. Communication was top notch and extra info.given for the number of a local taxi service. Lovely room with separate ensuite bathroom. Very peaceful setting. Lovely to hear only the birds in the morning. Only a half mile walk into town with all its amenities.

Mike's place was perfect for our 3 night trip to the Colne Valley. The farm shop just across the road and pub a short walk away were very handy. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, and we felt really comfortable as soon as we walked through the front door. Would lo e to come back and explore the area more.

Had an amazing time at Holmdene in the Peak District. was perfectly located for all the walking and trips/tours we wanted to do in Castleton. Charlotte & Stuart were wonderful hosts who greeted us warmly on arrival and Charlotte gave us a detailed chat on all the walks we could do tho we didn't get to experience all of them in our short stay due to weather. We had a lovely evening in the pod with friends and we felt very at home in the apartment which was spotless and well equipped for all our needs and we would highly recommend Holmdene to anyone looking to stay in Castleton. we will definitely be back for more visits. Lovely places to stay was travelling alone with my 2 children so felt safe having a family next door. Garden was lovely. Space was bigger than expected and great for 3 of us. Only slight down side for us altho a plus for others was the sky light, children were up by 6 every day. Everything else was perfect.

Great location quiet, easy to get to. We stopped just 1 night so didn’t use anything in the kitchen but it had all you would need. Plenty big enough for 2 people with really comfy bed and large bathroom with walk in shower . Would definitely stay there again

We had a slight issue with the bathroom prior to check-in but Khateeb responded excellently resolving the issue with pace and transparency. Great location, lovely flat

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

Excellent apartment, we stayed for the week as we were going to a wedding in Harrogate. The apartment was so central to everything, the bus station, the train station, and the main shopping area. The apartment itself was equipped to the highest standard, and the extras Maureen provided were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this area. And I would certainly book this place again when visiting Harrogate. Thank you to the host Maureen, your home was beautiful.

This is a fabulous rental. It is beautifully appointed inside and spotlessly clean and tidy. It’s in a very quiet spot with verdant outside space and close to the buzzy pub and restaurant scene in Headingley as well as being within striking distance of Leeds city centre. Jo could not have been more helpful in terms of accommodating us and making us feel immediately at home.

Had a great stay in this immaculately modernised and comfortable apartment on the edge of a cute village. Well placed for lovely drives and walks. Everything you could need is provided, including a very well stocked kitchen, an excellent welcome guide and a few provisions. Andrea was very helpful with instructions on the location and parking and although we didn't need her help during our stay, we felt that we could contact her anytime. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
