Apartment holiday rentals in Waipouli Beach

If you want to have a true Hawaiian experience; you should stay at this place. Absolutely amazing views, the sea just outside your house. The apartment is well equipped and so wonderful decorated. At arrival there were some snacks and candy on the table. 😃 We enjoyed the XL balcony in the morning, enjoying the view with a cup of coffee ( coffee and tea is also provided ). And we liked it so much that there are no windows ( except the doors to the terrace) it’s all shades so you experience the ocean breeze in the house. Shower is great. Parking in front of the building. Shops and restaurants at walking distance. We are definitely visit this place again. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fern Grotto Inn!! They had everything for our adventures - kayaks & paddle boards, life jackets, beach chair/umbrella, fins & snorkel gear. Would highly recommend kayaking + hiking to Secret Falls. The trailhead is only accessible by water. Took us about 4 hours round trip and was definitely a highlight. There weren’t instructions on how to get there but hard to get lost, just look on a map. Perfect location and jumping off point for all our activities. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful place to stay with an amazing view. We had great communication with Huma and no problems getting access to everything at the resort. We appreciated the little things - like plenty of hangars in the closet and an AWESOME beach umbrella and set of beach chairs. It was very clean and dry. The bedroom can be a little hot if you don't open the window (which is facing the exterior walkway to and from other condos, but there wasn't much traffic). Other guests were pretty quiet and friendly. This is a wonderful rental within walking distance of central Kapaa. Would love to stay here again.

The view from the apartment was spectacular! We really enjoyed having our breakfast and evening drinks on the lanai watching the surf. The layout of the apartment was lovely. It had all that we needed. We appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach towels and umbrella being available as well. Eric was very responsive and provided an excellent info book of things to do on the island, not just the North Shore. We highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again.

Great place, great location. Just a grassy field between you and the ocean with a nice balcony to view it. Clean and quiet. Easy self-check in. If you need to get any work done, I was surprised to find solid Wifi speeds of over 500mbps, and upload speeds of over 20mbps. The host, Jennifer, was excellent with swift and professional communication. Shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away at the Coconut Marketplace and adjacent. Sleeping Giant Grill came highly recommended by locals for fresh fish, but I appreciated the vegan tempeh option! Also the Lava Lava Club restaurant is right on the beach. All a few minutes walk.

I stayed at Jared’s place while back home on Kaua‘i for a funeral, and it was exactly what I needed. The rate was fair, and the North Shore location was peaceful and perfect—close to everything important. The unit was clean, well-stocked with all listed amenities, and even included a few thoughtful extras. Check-in was smooth and clearly communicated. Jared was kind, responsive, and respectful throughout. Mahalo nui loa, Jared, for sharing your space and making a difficult time more comfortable. “He lokomaikaʻi ka manaʻo” – A kind heart is a noble virtue.

Cute little studio with an outdoor patio that really makes the place. Kitchen stocked with all needed amenities plus little touches like walking sticks that saved us on the "Hawaiian ice" more than once. Also really appreciated having a washer dryer, especially since this was only the first leg of our trip.

Our week long stay was amazing! The location on the east side is great to get to north or south side of the island. The resort is beautiful with waterslides, pool and multiple hot tubs. Bruce was so helpful and responsive the entire time. The unit itself is the perfect location on ground floor near the pool entrance. Kauai stole our heart so we will be back next year!

We had an amazing stay here with our family! The place is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and spacious. We especially enjoyed the stunning sunset and ocean views from both the room and the lanai. The guest book was incredibly helpful, filled with great local recommendations that made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. The location is perfect — just a short walk to 1 Hotel and the Hideaway Lookout, and a quick drive to Hanalei Bay. Ian and Melissa were wonderful hosts — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would love to return in the future!

Jim's place was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. There were many amenities, including an old record player with hawaiian vinyl records. We really enjoyed that added touch. It has a great access to a beautiful sandy beach and a nice walk down Poipu Beach to Brennecke's beach to see the turtles. There are restaurants, Starbucks, grocery stores and shopping a short drive away. We had some trouble finding the building number and the neighbor on the bottom floor paid us a visit to tell us we were walking too loudly. (Grouchy Renter) Overrall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Jim's place again.

This was a great place to stay in Princeville! The area is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet, and this was a great place for me and my husband for three days on Kauai.

Adam and Beata’s place was great for our vacation! It’s a very peaceful place with a beautiful yard. It was great for two and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as having snorkels, boogie boards, and beach chairs in case we needed them. We loved our stay!

Brittany’s studio is beautiful and comfortable, it had everything we needed and what we did not think we needed. I am awful at reading, or not reading, instructions or directions. She was very helpful. Her place is only a 15min. drive to Hanalei, where some family and friends were staying. It was perfect. I would definitely go back to her place.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and Alex’s place was great for our stay! The place was clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to get coffee across the street and eating at the local spots. It was well stocked with anything you’d need for a beach day. The mattress in the master bed was also a little stiff and I wish it was closer to the beach or had a closer beach view, but it is within a few minutes walk of a nearby beach. Overall, it’s centrally located in the south shore and I’d recommend to stay in this place!

This condo was superb. Perfect location overlooking the beach. Good temperature control. Beautiful furnishings. Made use of the pull out full size bed and twin pull out bed for kids in living room. Well stocked with trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent. Multiple beach towels available. No closet available in master bedroom (they were both locked at the bottom with padlocks), only a single tall dresser with 6 drawers. We made use of available suitcase holders to help store our clothes. Wifi was patchy at times but usable. Loved the views, close proximity to beach and pool and central location which made it easy to get to both in north and south sides of the island in a reasonable time to do all the activities we wanted to do. Safeway grocery store and Ross clothing store is right across the street as well as an ice cream store where we got ice cream several nights during our stay. Close to Kapa’a and Lihue. Grounds are spectacular, well maintained. Pool is huge with 3 hot tubs

Larry was kind and immediately responsive when I booked in, last minute, for an overnight stay. Such a gift. The place is adorable- clean clean clean! Very compact but the lanai is large. Larry has supplied what you need - it does the trick!

We absolutely loved staying here in every way!

This place was awesome! Having a kitchen saved us so much money on the island (as things are pretty expensive and eating out can eat up cash quick!). The Cliffs resort was amazing as well. The pool was super nice to have, the staff were kind and helpful, and there was a super nice area at which to sit and view the ocean. Overall we had a great time and would recommended this place to anyone!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. We stayed here for the last couple days on our trip to Kauai, and we really loved that we got to stay on a different part of the island. Princeville was such a beautiful area/community.

Guys, everything was perfect! Princeville is nice and quaint. We took a walk through the golf course area and enjoyed all the trees/scenery. Parking is very close to the unit and Ryan is very responsive. The place is pristine and had everything we needed

Shaun was a super friendly and proactive host. His place had everything we needed to entertain and care for our little one on her first big trip, which made life easy for mom and dad. We love the Kiahuna Plantation and highly recommend units like Shaun's on the backside of the property for privacy and peace, while still having easy access to all of the amenities. We look forward to our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay in this place ! The house was So clean and well kept. Blender was in use all week for the wonderful Kauai fruit Smoothies we made all week. Pool are was amazing. Quick drive to Foodland and Hanalei. So many nice beaches in driving distance. Violeta was very responsive to our questions! Amazing value!
