Holiday rentals with a pool in Waipouli Beach

Beautiful place and location…spend the week on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves! House was well stocked with both kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys, boogie board) which made a beach vacation with 4 little children very enjoyable and easy! Loved the outdoor hose to spray off the sand after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus! A few of the overhead fans could not be turned up from a low setting making it quite warm on some of the nights -a few box fans/portable fans would help significantly to move around the house when it gets warm but otherwise everything was amazing and would stay here again!

We really did enjoy our stay here, it was easy to check in and it’s about a mile away from some very delicious restaurants and shops. The rec center is down the street and the pictures are as described. Brandon is very responsive and quickly answers your questions and gives useful information. The cottage was quaint, clean, and very cozy and relaxing. It was very clean, however I did have an issue with some things that weren’t thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. I’m very particular as I’m very allergic to dust so I mentioned this to Brandon and he offered to have his cleaner go back and fix the spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned missed. However it wasn’t anything major as I’m just picky. The kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate and looked brand new. There are tons of supplies in the house and in the garage, which I loved. Brandon was so kind, due to this issue the owner came by and gave my kids candy and a book to read. It was very thoughtful and sweet. Overall great experience.

Absolutely beautiful! A wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you could ask for - everything down to finite details made this place a peaceful place to stay. We will be back.

Nice spot for a family of 5 on an island adventure. the seacoast is a short walk and along the coast there is a hiking (or trail running) trails that can go 5+ miles. we never used the beach in front of the nearby hotel as it is rough, but walked to and snorkel at Poipu. the house has games, and a private backyard.

We stayed our last night in Kauai at Jake's place, and it was nice to have somewhere very close to the beach while still feeling very private and peaceful. The only noises heard were the chickens. They have air conditioning as well, which made for a comfortable sleeping situation after having spent the last week in an un-air conditioned space that at times felt too warm and humid to be comfortable. We didn't make use of the kitchen, but it was a nice space. Not sure about the pans/dishes but the sitting area was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice a clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did book this last minute, and so we felt that the rate was well worth the amenities and comfort.

We loved our stay! We could have stayed 2 weeks. Loved the plunge pool feature and garden. Chilling out on the screen porch was so relaxing. We enjoyed making dinner in the modern kitchen and watching movies in the comfortable living room. Driving into Kapa’a was quick and easy either north or south route. Understand that Kauai is windy most of the time; the pool will have leaves fall into it all day. Just net them out before each dip.

North island in princeville is beautiful, it’s away from cities so more expensive amenities and not that many choices but we felt it was more of an authentic island experience. Great beaches. A few Good restaurants nearby. (Happy talk and the pizza place next door) Home is wonderful. Better than expected. Host and home owners were great.

Kurt was a great host! Clear communication and easy instructions to follow. The whole process was seamless and stress free. They have instructions waiting for you when you arrived. If it wasn’t for their tip on how single lane bridges work, I would have been so confused. Beautiful views and great location. Will definitely book again when I make another trip to Kauai.

This was one of the best and most accomodating stays we've had. Carla is so responsive and everything is so well stocked--she truly thought of everything! Typically, I bring laundry/dish detergent and paper products with us but this was completely unnecessary as she was very generous with the provisions-which is great if you're travelling from far to Kauai like we were. She also had toys, baby equipment, boogie boards, beach/pool towels, tennis racquets (literally everything) to make our stay perfect! Although there were only 5 of us staying in Lae Nani, we had a total of 13 family members on our trip and they were able to enjoy the premises as well. Our place became the "hub" for swimming, family meals, and of course many memories that we will Cherish forever. I would highly recommend!

This is the third time we stayed at Deb’s place. We were here for a month this time. We get in the ocean every morning — with the currents and waves, we stay close to shore — and it’s a great way to wake up! The local restaurants and fruit stand supply our breakfasts. We used Deb’s beach chairs on Anini, Lydgate, and Poipu beaches. You really can’t beat the location. It’s so close to restaurants, right on the bike trail, and easy to get to the north or south parts of the island. The big recliners are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool and hot tub are very nice too. Deb was super responsive to anything we needed. She is super quick to respond and if anything needs attention, she is on top of it right away. We loved being on the 2nd floor, with the nice view and privacy. The elevator was a big help when moving in with our luggage. We used the facility washing machine and dryer twice and they worked just fine. A great stay.

Perfect place for vacation in Kauai HI Cute and cozy stay, with the best view ever! Kapa’a is centrally located near all activities; hiking, biking, kayaking, shopping and near restaurants. Place is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a great getaway. I highly recommend and would stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for part 2 of our honeymoon trip. It was everything we could’ve asked for and more! Such a beautiful space and wonderful location!

We loved our two weeks at the Lae Nani. The view from the patio is even more beautiful than the pictures. We also enjoyed walk along ocean to shopping area. Many nights we brought takeout back to the condo so we could have a glass of wine and enjoy the ocean view as sun went down.

The view from the Airbnb is fantastic. This was our first time in Kauai and I couldn’t decide if we wanted to stay in the north side or south side. Staying in Kapaa allowed us to visit the rest of the island easily, and there are plenty of restaurants and activities to explore immediately next to the Airbnb. Having beach chairs and umbrellas to bring to the beach is so nice! While we didn’t cook any meals, the kitchen is a full kitchen and would have been easy to eat meals in. We stayed in April and didn’t use the window AC in the bedroom. Highly recommend!

Darrin’s place was absolutely incredible. The condo was bright, clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable trip to Kauai. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and coming back to such a comfortable, peaceful spot each evening made our trip even more special. We had a truly amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront home in Kauai. The location is absolutely stunning—steps from the sand, with peaceful ocean views and the relaxing sound of waves around the clock. The apartment was incredibly well equipped, especially for traveling with a toddler. From the child-safe setup to the thoughtful amenities (like a high chair, pack 'n play, and beach toys), everything was designed to make our stay easy and comfortable. We felt totally at ease, and our little one was so happy exploring and playing safely. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of Kauai. We would absolutely love to return—highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a peaceful island retreat!
