The overall experience was good. Michelle had very good communication throughout the process. Check-in was very easy when we arrived. Th unit (2 bedroom) was clean and fairly well equipped. We cooked in several dinners and I had to improvise some but the unit had all the basics I needed. The bedrooms were spacious and once weekly housekeeping service was included to change the sheets, towels, etc so that was very nice and helpful. This Westin location is very easy for families and the pools and beaches were great. There is easy snorkeling right in front of the Westin and even though it was a holiday week during New Year's it didn't feel too crowded. Parking is free and the location is very close to Lahaina town for shopping and restaurants and also Whalers Village shopping. The Westin has a shuttle that runs to both these locations and their other properties so that was also helpful. Overall, I do recommend this location and Michelle's property for a stay in Maui. Only one thing to note about the set up of the 2 bedroom is that there is a little entry and then the unit has a large studio bedroom + sofa + small kitchen + bathroom on one side with its own door/entrance and then the other side has the one bedroom + living area+ larger kitchen + larger bath. This worked great for us as we had 2 teenagers and put them in the studio but if you have young children you might not want them completely separate from you (although I guess you could prop the doors open to each unit).

Book now! This is the place to stay when visiting Maui! The resort is incredible, multiple pools, and right on the beach. The sunset from the resort and beach are amazing - picture perfect! Downtown Lahaina is right down the road for shopping and more restaurant options. Jonathan made check in a breeze with the front desk and was great with communication throughout the booking process. Highly recommended staying here!

The apartments at Kaanapali beach club are perfect for a couple looking for a getaway in Maui. There’s a fridge and mini kitchen with a spacious living room, bedroom and bathroom with a tub. The views are beautiful and so close to the beaches, especially Black Rock Beach which is a must. The pool and amenities are also great. We felt like a VIP guest. Definitely recommend.

Ken was super helpful when booking. There was no need to contact him for our stay, as the staff were very accommodating. Our view and stay was beyond expectations. Definitely would love to book again in the future.

We had an incredible 12-day stay at this Airbnb with my wife and our 8-month-old baby! The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which gave us such peace of mind traveling with a little one. The location was great —beach is basically steps off the back patio, shops and the boardwalk—making it super convenient for family outings. The space was comfortable, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for an stress-free stay.

The property and the room was great. We would definitely use Phil’s place again. We had a great view from the 3rd floor of the pool area and ocean view. One thing that stood out was the impeccable service, from the bell hop, valet, or calling guest services for additional supplies for the room everybody was so nice and pleasant. Yes, daily valet is free. We asked for extra paper towels, toilet paper, ice, dish soap and all was brought within minutes. The balcony/lanai was also something that stood out from other properties, it was large with chairs, lounger, and table for 4. You also get access to the Hyatt property next door, which is very nice too. You won’t find a better location, close to other great resorts, restaurants and Whalers Village. Phil was very informative and easy to communicate with, great owner. Just an FYI… guests have to pay the Maui occupancy tax, which ours was $29 a day, it’s based on room size.

Our room was very clean! It was big and spacious and the bed is super comfy. The hotel staff are incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. I truly enjoyed this stay! It was a wonderful stay for an inexpensive price, we will be visiting again!

This place was stunning. The place is right across the street from the ocean and beach. Staff is amazing and kind. We loved the beds and especially the pillows! Clean, updated, and amazing location!

10/10 stay with Kohea Kai Hotel! We were blown away by the hospitality that we received right from the start of check in, including a free room upgrade to be on the ocean side which was very appreciated. The room itself was the best room we have stayed at in Hawaii and was very modern but still cozy, we loved the vintage mini fridge and microwave. The room was spotless and had not only AC but also an overhead fan which is essential in the heat. We loved having the smart TV to unwind and had plenty of space as well. The amenities provided were wonderful and many smaller hotels do not do this, this included beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, all things we don't have ourselves when traveling and made our beach day that much better! We also loved the free snacks, coffee and lemon water that were always available in the back. We truly had the best time Kohea Kai Hotel, we cannot recommend it enough and hope to stay again. Thank you!

Deborah’s place was exactly what our family of 4 needed. Just steps to a beautiful beach that had amazing coral, turtles and other sea creatures to check out while snorkeling. All the staff was very friendly!

Beautiful place! I’d definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Maui! The host didn’t really communicate any check in details or check out details but the staff on site was extremely helpful.

The entire staff was incredibly helpful, respectful, and kind. The resort was spotless, and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job of keeping our room fresh and tidy whenever we requested. The amenities were perfect for both kids and adults, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Beautiful space with so much to do and the host was friendly, helpful, and responsive.

We stayed at Quyen’s place for our 13th Anniversary, the pictures don’t do the condo justice. It is new and updated with everything you would need to cook including somethings I didn’t think of which was a nice surprise. The condo is right on the beach with beautiful views of the water and islands especially the sunsets in the evening. There are walkable stores and restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the beach..:there were plenty of beach accessories available in the condo (chairs, umbrella, beach bag, etc) Quyen gave us recommendations on things to see and do and made sure that our stay was amazing which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.
