Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Wailea-Makena

It was a great home. It was in a central location to get to all the places we wanted to visit. We loved to just walk around the area, great food, great shopping nearby!!

This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

This house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with easy access to major destinations on the island. k Kitchen is fully stocked and bathroom is clean. The retractable roof shade is really nice! The host is friendly and nice to communicate. Hope to be back sometime in the future. Thank you so much for the accomodation!

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. Our stay at Jacque’s place was perfect! The house was in a convenient location to all the things we were doing! Jacque was a great host and very accommodating for our arrival and departure times as well as responsive! The house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed (:

I don’t even know where to begin! We loved this cozy place! Felt right at home. Amy has very clear directions and a lot of info about the area. Made it helpful when choosing a beach to checkout, or place to grab food. Everything is labeled. She has beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler which all came in handy. Place very neat and tidy. Well organized. Beds super comfortable. It’s in a great location for those who are looking for something quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. Close to the Road to Hāna. The outdoor shower was a hit! Now my husband wants to install one in our own home! 😆Amy was extremely responsive with replying. I have no negatives. We are pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness and this place was perfect. Just book it! You won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to return again!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The house and the porch area was such a great space. Me and my family will definitely stay here again!

The hosts were so lovely and helpful to my family. We had my mother's memorial service there and the place was peaceful and beautiful and big enough for it. Host was very flexible and communicative. I hope to return and reminisce about my family's special time at Hale Roselani.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for our needs. We cook a lot on vacation because we have kids with allergies and pretty much everything we needed was there (couldn't find pot holders, but we used a towel instead). The place was clean and the view was amazing! The location couldn't have been better - quick walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets on the beach. The condo building was also very well maintained and everyone working there was very friendly. It all made for a wonderful vacation!

The place was just as described. It was within walking distance to a really nice beach. The chairs/umbrella for the beach were great and we used them extensively. We really liked that the washer and dryer were in the unit so we had fresh towels when needed. Would definitely come back

Great clean place with a very nice view of the ocean from the bed. The place was in a great location with tons to do all around. The door code was super nice because we didn’t need to worry about losing a key or anything. The room comes with everything you need and even more. Was very pleased and had a wonderful time in Maui :)

Die Wohnung von Annie ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die gepflegte Anlage befindet sich gleich neben den ganzen Luxushotels in Wailea mit direktem Strandzugang. Es ist wie im Paradies dort. Ich war noch nie in einem so gut ausgestattetem Airbnb zu Gast. Badetücher, Strandliegen, Sonnenschirme, Schnorchelausrüstung, Strandspielzeug, Kühltaschen und noch vieles mehr machen den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis. Kosmetika, Kaffee, Gewürze, Wattepads, ja sogar Schwimmwindeln waren vorhanden. Annie hat uns auch einen späteren Check out ermöglicht. Das Swimmingpool und der Strandpavillon sind ganz toll. Man kann dort auch seine Lebensmittel in Kühlschränke geben und auch Griller und Herd sind dort vorzufinden. Der Zugang zum bekannten Beachwalk befindet sich gleich neben dem Strand. Es war herrlich dort jeden Tag die 5 km zu gehen. Der Strand ist wunderschön dort. 100-prozentige Weiterenpfehlung. Unbedingt buchen, wenn man nach Maui kommt. Brie's AirBnB was the perfect mini vacation for us and our children. Highlights: We enjoyed going out the back patio to the private pool on the property. The AirBnB is on the ground floor which also made it easier to come and go. But the main part is we ALL felt at home. Plenty food places to go to. We went to Nalu's and Kihei Caffe :) We are so very grateful synchronicity brought us to Brie's Airbnb. Mahalo for the last-minute booking!

Both beds were extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been more perfect just steps away from Kam II beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Everything was perfect for our short 2 night stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Melissa was an amazing host. Her place was very clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies and beach items. This is one our favorite hosts and locations. We would definitely come back.

We loved our stay here! Perfect location, steps to the beach, great restaurants close by, and super walkable. The place was stocked with umbrellas, chairs, coolers, blenders, etc. Bed was comfy too. The balcony though, sealed the deal! We spent our early evenings playing games, having drinks and watching the sunset. Will definitely come back! The only negative was that the AC pushed all the heat onto the balcony which made for an even hotter balcony but small potatoes! Was still enjoyable.

James's condo in Kihei offers stunning ocean views, breathtaking sunsets, and easy access to the beach. It is one of the nicest and best-located places we've stayed, providing excellent value. The home was immaculate and contained everything we needed to feel comfortable. It was just a short walk to a supermarket, restaurants, and cafes. As the condo's title suggests, we enjoyed fantastic sunsets from our private lanai, and the early morning beach walks were incredibly romantic. Communication with James was excellent as well. We highly recommend this wonderful condo and wouldn't hesitate to stay at James's home again. Thank you, James!

We had a wonderful 6 nights at Heather’s place! She was very responsive to all of my questions both before and during our stay. There were 6 in our party and we were comfortable and well accommodated. The views absolutely made this place feel like a steal! We only wished we had more time to sit outside and stare at the golf course with the ocean in the background! Thanks from Ohio!

Perfect condo. We were first time visitors to Hawaii and loved our stay. Walkable to 3 different beaches. Ice cream, restaurants and cafes all a short walk away. Close by rental car parking. Area felt very safe and clean. We came to Maui for a wedding hosted in the Wailea resort area. This was just a short drive away. Excellent spot if you want to be close to Wailea but not pay resort prices. The unit was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach chairs. Easy to find and nice keyless entry. Would stay again and recommend this rental.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The condo was spacious enough for our family of four and we loved the decorations (especially the wallpaper and the tiles). Everything was well equipped and it was so helpful we could use the washing machine as well. The location in Kihei is good, there are cafes and restaurants and a general store within walking distance or short driving distance. The area of the condo is beautifully lush green and the pool is just next door! The kids really enjoyed it. We also walked to Kihei Boat Landing and Kamaole III Beach. William proactively shared some information about Maui sights and restaurants and he always replied to our questions in a timely manner. He really takes care of this place and puts a lot of love into details of his home. We didn’t want to leave and can recommend his place without any doubts. Thanks for making our vacation in Maui so wonderful!

What a beautiful space! Janice was a wonderful host, you can really tell she loves this little piece of paradise. The ocean views are stunning, and the sea breeze is just perfect. You honestly don’t need the AC (and I’m menopausal) Janice provides great instructions on how to make the most of the breeze, and it’s far better than using air conditioning. The location is ideal — as the last unit on the floor, no one walks past, so you can comfortably enjoy having the doors open (there’s a secure screen door for peace of mind). Regarding the sandbags: they’re along the entire strip, and after staying here, I feel a previous reviewer was unfair. It’s clearly not something Janice can control, and the incredible ocean view far outweighs the sight of sandbags. The bed was also really comfortable, a big plus for me, as I have bad hips. Oh and turtles we saw every day!!

We just returned from our Maui Vacation. Hien’s place exceeded our hopes and expectations. First of all, Hien, was so kind to let us check in a bit early. We had bought groceries at Costco and we didn’t think it would hold up without getting it refrigerated. I communicated with Hien and she quickly accommodated our needs. The location is absolutely stunning. The grounds are beautiful. You can see the beach from the Lanai. Her home was immaculately cleaned. If we had any questions, she responded quickly. We loved the home and we miss it already. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us. The beds were super comfortable, and the decor was very inviting. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had to leave and come home. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you Hien for everything. Shari and Bruce Jenkins

Enjoyed our stay in Kihei ! Breathtaking view. A walkable neighborhood. The other beaches we checked out weren’t a far drive either. Communication was reliable when needed. Area was quiet. All the included beach items made our beach days super easy. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and helpful.
