Wonderful place! Yes, it looks as nice as the photos. Furniture was comfortable and the balcony was quiet and spacious. Hilton Pool pass was easy to use and was an excellent time. The place is so nicely laid out with so many thoughtful additions (chargers everywhere, nicely equipped kitchen, even aloe if you have a sunburn!) Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was beautiful! The view was exactly as the photo depicted. The place was organized, clean, and was supplied with almost everything and anything we needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

We loved our stay. It was a quiet area, with beautiful scenery and everything we needed in the home. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make meals, with a big grocery store nearby. Appreciated the big washer and dryer in the house too. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This place was amazing, your about 10 min from the coast and there are some good shops close by for a long stay. AC is only in the living room but other than that everything was perfect! would stay again for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful resort! Everything exceeded our expectations—from the spacious and spotless room to the warm, strong shower that felt amazing after a long day out. You can really feel how much care and thought Greg put into designing the space—it’s cozy, welcoming, and just perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location is unbeatable for snorkeling lovers like us, with some of the island’s best spots just a short drive away. If we ever come back to the Big Island, there’s no doubt—we’ll be staying here again!

Great place to stay with a great host. The location was very convenient to all the places we visited and after seeing the island, towns, resorts, etc., we would absolutely stay here again. Peaceful location, walking distance to the market and coffee shop. We were sad to leave! Josh was very responsive and provided many tips along the way!

Very comfortable condo, close to everything, walking distance to farmers market. We really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer.

We immediately felt right at home and welcomed by Regina and Scott. From the well organized binder of information to every amenity one might need, this is THE place to spend a week. When not running out to the sites on the Big Island, this property will meet all your needs. The room was quiet and had easy access. We could easily walk to town or have dinner on our private lanai while watching the sunset. When the staff blows the conch shells at sunset, all will be right in your world.

Great little spot! Close to amazing beaches, came into a clean and well-kept place, extra things like detergent, etc and they had a surprise box of chocolates for us too. The neighborhood is quiet and we didn't hear a peep from downstairs. The front patio is amazing-- great sunsets. We would stay here again. One side note - there is no A/C. Plenty of fans, but it's good to know ahead of time. Thanks for a nice stay!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved that the ac was available and cool everyday. Allyson was always super quick to respond and very helpful anytime we had a question. She provided us with lots of great info on the area and things to do. We were able to check in early and she made our check out a breeze too. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to relax and to enjoy all that Hawaii has to offer!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very spacious and perfect for our group of 6. The balcony view was breathtaking which made us want to stay and eat dinners at home. The location was ideal for visiting the beach, taking a boat trip to manta rays and visiting Waipeo valley.

We knew this resort from before so we purposely tried to find a condo at this location. The property location is fantastic, situated in a gated community, very peaceful and safe, beautiful surroundings, 15 minutes walk to the beach, or if a quick drive with provided gate fob. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would want during your stay, the grill in the patio works great and is the best way to prepare a few dinners. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and everything works well. The patio is great, we used it when ever we were at home, it is very crazy with a very nice view of palms and beautiful vegetation and many birds and mongooses that run around. The garage is as described, tight fit for a large vehicle but we managed to get our mini van inside. They have a great selection of snorkel gear, we brought our own but knowing this next we would not. A beautiful space that we very much enjoyed and would definitely come back on our next visit. The host great!

While the roosters, frogs, and road noise were louder than expected, the provided ear plugs helped and the stay was comfortable. Kathy gave a nice tour of the property. We made good use of the snorkel gear at Two Step Beach, which is right down the hill and is considered the best snorkeling on the island. Hot tub was great and private. We appreciated the fresh fruit from the property every day. Tina’s bakery stand at the bottom of the driveway was incredible!

This place really did made us feels like home away from home…From checking in to everything that was described on the description was just amazing. My family and I did enjoyed our stay. Will definitely recommend this place to my families or friends that might end need a place to stay while traveling to Kona.

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, quiet and decorated beautifully. Loved the taco shop across the street. Also loved the farmers market across the street. The unit was well stocked with everything you need as far as cooking or a beach day. High quality toiletries were provided as well. I felt like the unit was even more spacious than the pictures. We came for my little sisters wedding and this was just the perfect little home away from home. Comfy beds, nice tvs, beautiful lanai. Just a short drive down to downtown. Great location. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise!

Angela is an incredible host! She is very accommodating and has a clean, well-designed home. The in-unit washer/dryer is a huge plus! 10/10 stay would recommend!!

Terry is truly an unmatched host. Her apartment was just as beautiful as the photos with comprehensive amenities such as snorkeling gear and tennis rackets. She was incredibly proactive in making sure we were enjoying our stay, provided spot-on recommendations for activity, and even added some lovely personal touches as we celebrated our honeymoon. Incredibly thoughtful host who gave us the trip of a lifetime!

We wish we could give this place more than 5 stars because it was beyond what we imagined. We stayed as a family of four and it was the perfect place to be for a nice five days of vacation. There were two bathrooms and two showers as well as two private bedrooms. There is everything you need for comfort, extra blankets and towels to use. On top of that, the washer and dryer in unit was a gem.The kitchen is so well equipped that we cooked without trouble and ate at the dining table with an amazing view of the sea. The water is literally right outside the lanai with nothing blocking your view. We spent most of our time in the living room because of the beautiful ocean view. The location is great with downtown Kona as a 5-10 min drive or a nice stroll. Marta was also so responsive and kind, and had everything organized and instructions detailed down. We would stay here again if we ever visit Big Island again!

We had a great day at Kristen and Dan’s spot. I highly recommend. Walkable to lots of local spots. Perfect home base for lots of Hawaii adventures. Very comfortable and nice to return to AC after a long day in the sun.

This was a beautiful clean place to stay on the big island. Close to shops, restaurants, beaches. We sat on the lanai every morning for breakfast and it was perfectly quiet and lovely. Tom is a wonderful host
