Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Waikato District

I had read the great reviews for this place but it still exceeded my expectations. If available this will always be our first choice for accomodation in Te Awamutu. The location is right in the centre of town but still so private. The apartment itself is stunning, with quality furnishings, it was such a pleasure to stay here. It is very spacious but cosy, the bedrooms are beautiful with quality linen. The living area is fabulous too. If you book here, you will be so glad you did!

Another fantastic stay at this lovely house in the most perfect location. Being able to head around the lake so easily is such a bonus. Tracy was very quick with all communication and queries I had. Everything you need is in the hosue and the bd very comfortable. # WIll definitely stay again when in Hamilton

Modern, and clean. The unit was great to stay in, shower had excellent pressure and the air-con was easy to use. Great place!

Comfy and homely. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Appreciated the paper towels in the kitchen and the availability of recycling and food waste disposal which is not in many places.

Great place to stay. This was our second time staying here and it’s got everything we needed. Great location not far from town but in a quiet neighbourhood. Very clean. Easy check in and out with clear communication from hosts! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We had such a fun time at this property. We visited with friends for my Fiancés birthday and it literally had everything we needed! The favourites were the hot tub and table tennis table. The beds were luxurious and comfy with amazing views from each room. It was so peaceful and relaxing - we all had a perfect time. Thanks so much for having us!

We stayed in Hamilton as a central location to do day trips to the places we wanted to go. Sarna's place was perfect for the three of us. It was a bit of a tight squeeze to get the car to the back of the house where we had a covered parking spot right next to the rental. Loved the kitchen and having the separate washer and dryer.

it was a lovely place for myself,my wife and our two grandsons to stay for the night whilst our daughter was in the hospital in Hamilton having an operation. Thank you Cici for being a wonderful hostess and we will look forward to maybe staying here in the near future. Thanks Douglas and family.

Really a great stay, the house was better than expected

Great place for a short stay. Has everything you need and is close to town and all the restaurants. Even has a small office for work trips. Internal access garage is a bonus although won't fit a large SUV. Great spot!

Amazing home and location beds/pillows were so comforting we had an amazing sleep. Nicely set up home perfect for couple weekend away or small group of friends. Appreciate opening up your beautiful home for others to enjoy your space ❤️ Ngā mihi,

The host Carla was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay there. Instructions provided with straightforward and easy to follow. We really loved how quiet the place was and even though we didn’t quite get to meet the lovely Marvin, his presence was felt. The place was very clean and tidy and provided perfectly just what we needed. A very warm and welcoming feeling entering the house. Would highly recommend Carla’s place whether it be short or long-term stays. We would be more than happy to stay there again. Thanks again Carla for making this experience so effortless and lovely! 🥰

Glenn and Jordan have really thought about what people want in an air bnb. comfortable beds , cleanliness, space and security. They even have some extras in the kitchen for you to use. We highly recommend their place to other guests and hope that we can stay again. Thanks for having us.

Richard was an excellent host. The instructions for the home were clear and uncomplicated. The home itself was clean and I have nothing to complain about. I enjoyed some oranges and lemon off the tree at the back. It was a great stay and my only regret is I did not have time to read any of the novels on the bookshelf.
