Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Waikato District

Hayley has set up a beautiful place to stay. It's quiet, calming and has a homely feel to it. All the little touches (plants/candles etc) are such a nice touch to the space and everything is as is described. We are travelling from Christchurch for some training camps at the lake, and even the boys were looking forward to heading back and relaxing in the "comfy" house after the hard trainings. We were hoping to book The Barn for our 2nd training camp, but it's not available. However, we have re-booked for our 3rd and are looking forward to being back in this beautiful space :)

Very spacious home with amenities. Close to the motorway. The house has a spa pool and very large living areas It was good value for money. The upstairs toilet seat for some reason is all singed and looks like it had been set on fire before? I would suggest replacing this. But overall a great home and value for money.

This is a great place in a lovely location. The house is cute and comfy with everything you need and beautiful views. The host is friendly & even provided us with local coffee & milk. An easy walk to the beach & to town. The town itself is super cute with lots of fun shops & yummy food to eat. Would highly recommend anyone stay here. We love it!

What a awesome place to stay very warm house and comfy beds and amazing views great local hot dogs and burgers. Recommend this place and Alina if ever planing to stay out in port waikato. The wine and chocolate was a nice surprise to. Thanks will defintly stay again.

Such a Beautiful spaciest home. Fully equiped with everything you need when on holiday. Kids absolutely enjoyed our 3day stay. We will be booking again for upcoming holidays. Thank you so much Donna 😊

We had a wonderful stay, Steve and Viv are excellent hosts, the apartment was fabulous, very clean, beautiful linen also such thoughtful touches with breakfast items in the pantry and fridge which was great. We highly recommend this AirBNB

I stayed at Glori’s place for a couple of nights on work trip. The place is great, good location and Glori offered some great tips on places to eat etc, she even leant me an umbrella which was kind of her. Would recommend!

We loved staying with Grant and Ri. Check in was easy, the place was comfortable and spacious. Grant greeted us and we had a nice chat. I loved that it was in a nice quiet neighborhood but still close to many places to eat/shop. Our hosts offered us great recommendations and there were also takeaway menus to look through. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot. We only stayed one night but would definitely recommend to others.

Our third time staying here which speaks for itself! We were treated to a freshly baked pie, lovely linen and a good hot shower. So peaceful. Thank you Viv.

This place is placed really well for easy access to the main city. Car parking is right near the entrance and there’s only 2 small flights of stairs to climb. Caitlyn was really responsive and the unit was stocked with little extras to make your stay comfortable

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.

For us, this is a 5 star facility. Carla communication made us feel at home in her home where we had the entire downstairs level. The bed is very comfortable and the seperate living room with TV is an excellent space to relax. Microwave, fridge and tea making bench in the internal garage is a very useful. I was able to park in the garage and close the door which I appreciated, seeing Carla was absent. We felt very comfortable and recommend this clean, neat and tidy stay. Separate shower and toilet room for our exclusive use, completed the great stay. Thanks, for having us in your centrally located apartment. It is all that we needed for an overnight visit to Hamilton.

Great place very close to restaurants and places of interest in Hamilton. Modern townhouse that’s clean and a very accomodating host.

Glenn and Jordan have really thought about what people want in an air bnb. comfortable beds , cleanliness, space and security. They even have some extras in the kitchen for you to use. We highly recommend their place to other guests and hope that we can stay again. Thanks for having us.

Great place for a short stay. Has everything you need and is close to town and all the restaurants. Even has a small office for work trips. Internal access garage is a bonus although won't fit a large SUV. Great spot!
