I had a great stay at Linda's. The room has everything you need, plus nice touches like slippers, plenty of power points, bedside lamps for every bed. Comfy mattress and very quiet, had a great sleep. Lovely hosts. Would happily stay again. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay at Martin’s place. Martin was there to greet us when we arrived, easy to chat with and gave us a quick and thorough rundown on the place, then left us to it. A modern, fresh, clean and comfortable space with everything we needed and more. A lovely outlook and very quiet. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go and great to be able to park on the property. Would gladly stay again. Thanks Martin!

The space was peaceful, spotless, and had everything I needed — but what truly stood out was the exceptional manaakitanga. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported throughout my stay. A great place to stay and would have liked to have stayed longer. Marvelous grounds with heaps to explore for our dog, and myself, who likes gardening. Very handy to many places and we visited Te Awamutu, Otorohanga Kiwi House. Raglan and Waitomo Caves

My friend and I had the most wonderful stay at Ngarumu Bay, just 9 km out of Thames. Coro was an absolutely amazing host—so friendly, welcoming, and easy to chat with. Her place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views were stunning, and Coro went out of her way to give us great local recommendations that really made our trip special. We felt right at home and genuinely didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful spot with a lovely host!

Awesome stay, the house was in a great location, close to town, really nice view from the house. Clean and comfortable. Sam was quick with all communication and was a really nice guy. The price is an absolute steal for this place. would highly recommend.

Great little studio with all the equipment you might need for a short stay. Friendly hosts. Quiet location, a bit far from any stores, but perfect for our stay.

Lisa’s place was absolutely wonderful. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and everything was fuss-free and easy to use. The kitchen was a real lifesaver, and the private little haven was the perfect spot for my partner to rest and recover after surgery. Being just a stone’s throw from the hospital was a huge plus. Lisa was incredibly responsive and always available whenever we needed help. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for hosting us!

A great little unit - very well equipped to handle the Waikato winter, with a very efficient heat pump, electric blankets (thoughtfully turned on for our late arrival) and a great shower. A very enjoyable stay, we hope to visit again sometime

An absolute gem of a place. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Bree offered to help us with anything we needed, and was very friendly. There was even a little bag of doggy treats waiting for our wee pup, which was extremely thoughtful. Although it was only a short stay, we were very happy and comfortable. Such great hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Marlee’s place. Her guest suite was so cozy and quaint in a beautiful setting. It was the perfect contrast after a hotel stay in the city. There were so many thoughtful touches like extra snacks, a nice breakfast spread, and homemade kombucha! Maree was friendly and communicative. The location was close to town, Hobbiton movie set and Waitomo caves. I would highly recommend Maree’s place to anyone visiting the area.

Tersia was a wonderful host, and the abode was a gorgeous home away from home. All the little touches made it such a lovely stay. Great books, divine bathroom, comfy bed, loved the decor, ease of access and how peaceful it was. Will be back to stay again when heading back to Auckland.

The apartment is spacious and bright with large rooms in a safe pleasant ultra quiet neighborhood with a paved walkway along the water's edge less than five minutes walk from the apartment, no need to go on the street to access it. Shops are nearby, motorway super easy to access, close to airport. A tui in a tree near the entry door greeted us on arrival, so lovely to hear. Everything we needed was supplied, no need to ask for anything. Didn't use the washer/dryer, but loved that it is available if we come back for a longer stay sometime. Communication easy and fast. If you go in the winter, we suggest you bring slippers as basement floors are always chilly. Highly recommended.

Melissa and Charlie’s home is beautiful and peaceful. Getting to meet all the animals was so nice! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Margaret and Graeme were very welcoming and friendly. Their Bnb was spacious and well equipped. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. Their garden was lush and we were able to walk around and look at the plants.

No words can describe how our stay was. Lisa does an extraordinary job. You can truly feel the passion she puts into every detail of this house. I’ve traveled to 47 places so far, but I’ve never been welcomed into a home the way Lisa welcomed us. It’s a wonderful place where you’ll feel right at home, and it’s equipped with everything you could possibly need and extremely clean! On top of that, we were spoiled with breakfast, including fruit picked straight from the tree in the garden! ❤️

This is a lovely place. I had two nights here and loved the spacious layout and nice surroundings. Very quiet at night and place is warm. Will stay again.

Neville offers a great place for long stay, basically your own little studio apartment. Granted the location is at least 20m out from the shops, but it's situated in a peaceful and scenic area.

They were incredible hosts, super friendly & accommodating. The property was wonderful & felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.
