We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed every expectation and surprised us a lot. A lot of effort is put into this and focuses on special features. We've never before experienced it. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

The place is beautifully located. Everything according to the description really very well equipped and very clean. The small garden is well maintained and offers enough space for cozy evenings outdoors. Communication with Yvonne was friendly and very accommodating. We felt very comfortable and are completely satisfied. A clear recommendation! Glad to come back!

It was beautiful! Were surprised with a cold beer, which is simply a dream after a long bike tour! Pure hospitality!

We had a great time staying at Heidi's place. The apartment is spacious, well appointed, calm, private, and very clean. Heidi was very friendly and answered all of our questions. She provided will written check-in and check-out instructions. We enjoyed evening walks in the area and the ability to use public transportation to get around. The apartment is only about 5 minutes drive from an S-bahn station.

Beautiful 1-room apartment with plenty of space on the terrace! We immediately felt comfortable and it was everything you need. The bathroom is very nice and the walk-in closet is super practical! Very comfortable bed and the apartment is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. We'll be very happy to come back!!

Amazing safe and high tech place, super clean, friendly host with amazing view of the green mountains. Wonderful pool and having all you need. Felt like home.

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

The place was as described in the pictures. Everything very stylish and nicely decorated. We felt comfortable and Katja thought of everything necessary.

There are no words to describe the great ambience of the stay on Fraueninsel. It was fantastic!! Rarely experienced something as idyllic as on the Fraueninsel. The apartment was more than great! An apartment with charm and really enough space. Spacious bedrooms overlooking Lake Chiemsee, a large kitchen and we used the kitchen regularly during our stay. The entire apartment was very, very clean. There is a small Edeka on the island, where we bought our food. All in all a jewel and many thanks to the hostess, who helped us to experience such a great short break on the island 🙏

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly received, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We have enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful view of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with delicious pastries. And a very nice Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. You can take beautiful walks and excursions in the area. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Airbnb last week. The cottage has all the comforts – everything you need is present. The location is perfect: quiet and surrounded by nature, with beautiful nature reserves only 30 to 50 minutes drive. The view from the bedroom is fantastic – that's how you want to wake up every morning! The terrace is also a big plus: a nice place to sit, surrounded by tranquility, nature sounds and a beautiful view. Felix, the owner, is friendly, social and very helpful. The cottage is a bit noisy, but that didn't bother us at all. In short: had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

New apartment with beautiful, coordinated furnishings. Everything was well maintained - attention to detail, quality furniture, other furnishings and kitchen equipment. Nothing was missing. Even coffee, tea, snacks and a chilled bottle of water were on site. Also furniture on balcony with seat cushions - all new - really great! Overall better than expected. An A with 10 (out of ten achievable) points. I would love to stay with Anja again.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

The place was clean, cozy, and above all in a beautiful place. Absolutely sufficient kitchen amenities. What was absolutely TOP such a comfortable mattress. The host who greeted us with a smile was very nice and was in contact with us even during the stay. 10/10 I recommend :)

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We were there over the weekend with 3 couples and 3 children. We enjoyed it wonderfully. The spacious outdoor area with the rabbits and chickens was especially great for the children. Absolutely quiet and relaxing location. The communication with the host was absolutely great! On the first evening at 10 pm, we noticed that we needed an additional duvet, which was brought to us within 10 minutes. And later check-out was also possible without any problems, so we had a totally relaxed departure day. We highly recommend it.

The apartment was well equipped. In addition to the whirlpool, which we liked to use, the small extras and a well thought-out user concept were the highlights of the apartment. We felt comfortable the entire stay. With the Baics, such as communication and cleanliness, everything was great! We'd love to come back
